Always a great job! Beau was fantastic, the carpet in our gym was worse than we thought and it came out like new. We give your name every time the subject of cleaning carpets comes up and have done so at least three or four times since Beau was here Friday.

The technician was actually early and very polite, professional. My floors look great. However, I did notice the carpet was a little 'stiff/crunchy' when I first walked on it after it dried. I was contemplating the purchase of your 'power water' but I was not ready to spend another $49. A suggestion to leave a small sample bottle for first time customers to try it out before they buy the package.

The tech was on time and did a good job.
Everything. The technician was so friendly and explained everything on how your products work. My carpet was so nasty with grime and oil stains from my husband and teenager that I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but I thought I would give Zerorez a shot. Well, the tech was able to get my carpet looking new again. I love it. The staff in the office was super nice. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Your technician Peter Farrell is a stellar example of courtesy and professionalism. He did everything possible to satisfy my concerns and expectations. His work ethic and communication skills are excellent. Unfortunately I feel the negative issues I experienced are the result of initial contact with your service. I explained my specific needs for pet stain removal and that extra expense for additional treatment would be be necessary. For a company that sells itself on extracting dirt,etc. and not leaving any residue in the carpet fibers, I am am wondering what kind of chemical for pet stains warrants a price tag of $25. per stain treatment? This is outrageous and for that reason I will not be recommending your service. An additional charge of $800?
I was not expecting a miracle cleaning here but I was hoping for an honest and realistic approach. Getting new business this way doesn't work for me.

Love your tech's and your end result. Unfortunately, my tech ended up spending half the day driving around looking for a black light to help me identify the scope of work that needed to be completed. I am not sure why each truck isn't armed with the tools to do their job properly? I had even mentioned at the time of my appointment that I would be needing pet stain removal. Very disappointing, a job that should have been complete in the morning took my whole day! I will be thinking twice about calling back again. I had also requested a first morning appointment and booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance to get that time. I was told at my reminder phone call that my appointment was set for between 11 and 1? Not sure where the breakdown happened on this one?
