I expected my carpet to be cleaner. I was very surprised it still looked dirty. The carpet is not that old and the technician recommended I call the carpet people who installed it since I have a warranty. He was a nice guy.

I like the water, it actually cleaned my mirror and did not leave streaks in it. I was happy with the tech. He is knowledgeable, efficient and is very considerate not to track dirt back into the areas that he had cleaned.

Very prompt. Technician made sure to ask about any problem spots I had.The carpet looks great, and there was no strange odors, just a slight, but pleasant citrus smell, from the deodarizer.

The cleaning was ok. But some of the darker patches are still there. The cost was on the higher side and one of my bathroom walls got scuffed from the hoses where he didn't use one of the protectors. It was an average experience but I won't recommend something unless it is outstanding.

I love that there is no residue in the carpet. We have allergies and I have been concerned about the carpet being more dirty a week later than it was prior to cleaning. This is the first time this carpet has been cleaned so we are hoping that your claims are true and we can breathe easier.

The service was great! The appointment was made soon after the call. We were notified about the arrival time which was accurate and made it easier for us to plan the day. The technician, Casey, did a good job not only cleaning the carpet but telling us what to expect and what we could do following the service. Thanks Zerorez!
