Tech was *almost* late. He had 2 more minutes before the window was up. While I understand windows exist for a reason, this was kind of annoying. Service was good though. I used another, cheaper company at my old house to save money on a lease-required shampoo and I was much happier with the work Zerorez did than the other company. Will definitely use you guys again in the future.

The work was very good. I just thought the pricing for stairs and for my front entry rug was excessive. $60 for a 5x7 rug was a lot of $$.

The two largest stains on our couch were not removed and it wasn't indicated upon inspection that was a probability. For having to pay such a costly fee and it taking only an hour I feel a discount should have been given.
