Great results!
Last year's job was awesome. I gave a recommendation to many people. This year's first job looked good and then looked bad quick. When I called about my problem, the customer service person was HONEST about the technician who came to my house. I appreciated that and that is why I'm giving an 8. The job the second time around looks great, except that once it was dry and I actually walked into the rooms, I could tell he didn't do behind doors and all the way to the baseboards in low traffic areas. I am hoping the carpet protectant did though. That is why I couldn't give a 10.
Results are the best with Zerorez and the products.

I think the guys did a great job cleaning the carpet, but the amount of upselling that they are obviously required to do is a little annoying. I'm not sure I would want my friends and/or family to be subjected to that.
The personalized service by your Technician- Chris Lucas. He explained all steps of the process and was very professional in representing your Company. I'll request him for my next cleaning appointment.
Guaranteed the work. Also the tech and office communicated several days in advance to ensure the appointment was met on time. The office team was very efficient and organized.
You show up when you say you will. Your representative was very nice and polite. My carpet looked great after he was finished.

the overall carpet cleaning was ok, but the guy who did it was rude and took several calls during the cleaning, prolonging how long it took him. he seemed annoyed that i had a coupon, which zerorez sent me in the mail for 10% off and told me he was sick and was coughing nonstop. he literally threw the booties at me when i asked for some assuming i would catch them.

Great job in cleaning my carpets. I really liked the service technician. He was very; professional.
The carpets were not as clean as I anticipated them to be. it was no better than when I use my home carpet cleaning system. The stairs turned out great, but I feel the rooms are already showing dark areas again just less than a week after the cleaning
You showed up on time and did what you quoted. Most companies do not do that anymore.
Peter cleaned the grout in my tile. Did an excellent Job. Appointment time was met. Office called to make sure Tech was here.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ZEROREZ AND IT WAS A GOOD ONE. I HAVE NOW SCHEDULED A CLEANING OF MY TILE FLO0RS AND AWAIT THE RETURN OF TWO RUGS WHICH WERE REMOVED FOR CLEANING, SO I WILL COMMENT FURTHER LATER ON.
The service people were polite and patient and made sure my cats didn't escape from the house during the cleaning of the carpets. They did a great job even on the places where the cats had coughed up hairballs.
