Carpets looks great with no cleaning agents and no chemical smell!
I went with your company because I hear it advertised everywhere. I was disappointed when the gentleman whom was performing the service came into with a hesitant demeanor. It was almost like to lower my expectations so that I wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't come out perfect. I was asked what the stains were from and living in my house for over 5 years with three kids you cannot remember what every little stain is. He said without knowing he couldn't really treat it. Your services are very expensive so not knowing that there is an additional 25.00 a room fee for a stain guard was ridiculous to me. I am already paying you a good deal and to add on another 75.00 is crazy, it should be included.
The cleaning job is way better than any other carpet cleaning service. We have very worn older carpets and they look fantastic after zerorez. Last time you took up a big stain that we thought might be reduced a little. But it totally disappeared! You are the only company we will use. The slightly higher cost is very worth paying.
We didn't know the true color or our tile until after the cleaning, great results!

The product removes dirt and stains extremely well. The associate that I spoke to to make the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The genleman who cleaned my carpet and tile was knowledgable and helpful as well.

The only thing was the price for cleaning mattresses.
I was told on phone that my travertine tile floor would look like new after Zero Rez cleaned it. It does look new again. Outstanding job. I was sceptical before but not anymore.

Carpet felt very clean after thoroughly dry without any soap or chemical residue. Andrew Sparkman was absolutely outstanding in the service he provided while cleaning my carpets. Couldn't ask for a better individual to clean my carpets. I asked him for several of his business cards to refer him to friends and to use him again when my carpets need cleaning in the future. Carpet was totally dry in 6 hours; it helped a lot turning on each room's ceiling fan as recommended by Andrew. I was a little concerned having never used Zerorez before and only hearing about it on KNIX. No concerns anymore - I'm convinced it's the only way to have carpets cleaned. Super product, super service, super customer service by Andrew Sparkman. Can't ask for any more then that!
