The representative, Mitch, performed a most professional job and brought life back into my carpet. He made a tremendous impression on me and my spouse. I would welcome him back to service are carpet needs and I will submit a very good reference to my frisnds and neighbors.
A hypo-allergenic product is a must for my family. Also, your employees are very friendly and helpful.
You guys beat the heck out of Stanley steamer! The carpets come out so much cleaner and stay that way. Also the young man that came to the house,Joe Cyr, was so friendly and thorough.
Have the employee go over the job with the homeowner to make sure it was properly done. Nick is a personable guy, but while he was at the truck I went over the house and found areas which needed rework.

There was one stain that didn't come out. It was from the stain on the leg on the chair. It must have gotten wet and the furniture stain stained the carpet. Really wish this came out. All JohnJay and Rich talked about was how you all have gotten all stains out of their carpet. Wish that happened to me

They do a very good job and the carpet does stay cleaner longer. A few weeks ago, we had a guy going door to door to let people know that he was starting a carpet cleaning company. We told him that we only use Zerorez and he stated that he had heard a lot of those same comments.

Everything was fine. But my house smells. I had terrible pet stains. He warned me, I was just a bit disappointed because nothing like that happened the other times I have had it cleaned. But he was courteous & quick.
