The results were awesome. My floors, both carpet and tile, were very dirty from years of of our teenage children occupying so they could attend school while we were overseas. After your cleaning they were very presentable and had new life. The tiles and grout were excellent. Our technician, Joseph Cyr, was also very knowledgable, workedvery hard, and went way above and beyond our expectations.

We had good service when I wasn't satisfied as a first time customer. They were very courteous and efficient when they came back and the result was great. The walking path was much cleaner.

Carpet looks like it was cleaned with water only. Edges are still dirty. Really wishing I had gone with my last carpet cleaner and not bought into the hype of zerorez I heard on the radio. When we first moved into this house, it was a short sale, and the carpet was absolutely filthy disgusting with stuff stuck to it, major stains, dead bugs...it was gross. These guys cleaned this carpet so well, it looked new. No stains, and it was soft and thick, no matting. We certainly did not get it that dirty again, but the carpet does not look like the last time we had it cleaned. Don't know if there is anything you can do to make it right. It's really just matter of one carpet cleaner being better than another.

OUR FLOOR WAS NOT CLEAN THIS TIME. iT WAS LEFT SOAKING WET. tOOK OVER 24 HOURS TO DRY.
Your product is excellent had both carpets an tile done on separate occasions. The technician was polite, upfront on cost and additional services with no pressure. The service was on time as scheduled and the result on both occasions was excellent. I highly recommend Zerorez.

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I liked that you arrived on time and the tile and carpets turned out great! I also liked that the price on the phone was exactly what I ended up paying. Good experience!
No chemicals, no soap. The workers are professional, clean and personable, and do a good job.
I was ready to buy new carpet but decided to try Zerorez simply because it was easier. I am thrilled!!! My carpet looks like new!!! I have already recommended it to several friends.
