Quick drying time and great customer service by technician. Carpet actually felt clean after it was clean. Carpet was a little crunchy in a few areas but probably because the cleaning was bringing out old soap residue from the carpets previous cleaning from our apartments.

It's night and day to how clean my couch is now after ZeroRez was done with it. Casey was incredible! She was friendly, professional and most of all, did exceptional work! I would highly recommend ZeroRez to any of my friends (and already have). I have before/after photos but didn't know who to send them to?

The carpets came out great, next time we will just need to move the furniture a little to allow your techs better access to what we need clean. The tech was wonderful with our daughter and our dog and was very quick and efficient. We will definitely be calling you again the next time we need our carpets cleaning.

On time as projected. Protective equiptment for wall corners.No goofing off,did the job very well and was in and out in reasonable amount of time. When leaving we were given protective foot wear to help keep the floors clean.

scheduling the arrival times more efficiently

The cleaner is amazing. I have not found anything that it doesn't clean. I am especially thrilled to find that it cleans the water deposits on the tray under the ice dispenser. What is does on my grout is totally awesome. I am so glad I found your product and have told everybody who will listen about you.

Pricing is misleading---it's $43 per room no matter what---and I was disappointed that the coupon I had would not be honored because it was from the previous month.

I like the fact there are no chemicals, etc. used in the cleaning process. Nick, the service guy, was very professional and friendly and the carpet looks great.
