Excellent service and the carpets look great!!

Your Tech was not customer friendly he was grumpy I want the happy techs that your company says they have, because what I got was a grumpy old man who made it clear that it would not work even after I said I was willing to take the chance. You know I was aware of how bad my carpets were I went with your company because of your promotions of how friendly your techs were I could have easily went else where. The Tech that dealt with me I do not feel needs to have customer interaction. I was told you were thinking of moving up to Northern AZ which is where I am now and you can guarantee I will not be one of your biggest supporters. Moving is a hard time and for your tech to add more stress to that experience did not set well with me.

Chemical free and the service was second to none. Darrin did an outstanding job!

Promptness & results

Carpets come clean, smell fresh and their is no residue or tacky feeling left on them. We liked the gentlemen who cleaned our carpet; he did a great job and gave no sales pitches about cleaning anything else like our tile or furniture like the young man did two years ago.

James, our technician, was very friendly and informative about the products being used. He tried using the stuff to remove the urine and smell left by my pet and other animals and unfortunately it did not work. So he was nice enough not to charge us for it. I will use you guys again and i will recommend you guys to friends.

The cleaning professional did a good job. My hesitation is that I had extra expense for a better cleaner for tougher stains caused by a dog, and the area cleaned was not as extensive as I thought it would be. Lastly, scheduling someone to arrive between 4:00pm to 6pm is too late. I would not accept this time should I try Zerorez again.

Carpets and tile NEVER looked better. So happy we did this. After recently having the interior and exterior of the house painted, the painters managed to track paint everywhere. The tarps did not cover sufficiently and we had overspray in several rooms. Overspray and paint are now gone. Unlike the painter, Zerorez is a company I will and have recommend.
