The two people that came out yesterday,were the best workers I've ever had with any company, they were very professional,friendly, explained everything your company does, we even bought the water cleaner, They need to be told what a great impression they left.

Our carpet contained unknown stains and was matted in traffic areas from wheelchair use. Before Zerorez cleaned our four rooms of carpet, we were considering replacing the carpet. After the carpet was cleaned, our nine-year old carpet truly looks like it was just installed! There is a big difference between a previous carpet cleaning job and Zerorez! Quote over the telephone was completely different than when the guys came to measure and although the outcome of the carpet cleaning was excellent I would recommend to friends with this one clarification-red flag.
I was happily surprised that there was no toxic smells coming from my living room where Troy was professionally and thoroughly cleaning my couch, love seat and 2 pillows. I have already shared with friends and family about the wonderful service that was provided us and Troy was even 10 minutes early which was a plus for us. Will call for other services in the future.

It dries pretty well by the late evening when cleaned in the morning. In my case, the technician 'Casey' was at my home promptly at 8:00am which I really appreciated.
Friendly and informative staff - carpet looks almost new again! Had it cleaned by another company about 2 years ago and the results were nothing like this!
One of my chenille Lazy Boy recliners was left with a 4 inch snag (run) on the right arm. Jon was in his last week of training. I did give you a call and suggested that you might clean with the grain of the material (chenille) instead of against it. This may keep chenille from snagging. I don't believe anything can be done to make it right. I clipped the thread from the snag, the run is a little obvious, the cleaning was excellent though.
