Our technician, Steve, was very personable and knowledgeable about his job and your business. I believe he did his job very well. I was very disappointed in how our living room carpet turned out but I don't think it was because of negligence on his performance or quality of your product. I was sorry to see that a lot more spots appeared after the carpet dried. Some appear to be dripped dirty water spots but may not be.
Also for your info after cleaning the tile, excessive water remained on the tile. I didn't think anything of it but the next day after it had dried, large water spots/residue remained. Enough so that I will need to mop.
I would recommend Zerorez for quality in the future.
I couldn't believe how clean our carpets were after the associate clean them. The associate was very professional and friendly.
This time my carpets dried even faster because I let my ac/heat fan only, run and that circulates the air in the entire house, of course you always leave my carpets looking brand new at 11 years old. Again your tech was a gentleman very professional. I will never use anyone else for my cleaning needs..

Service was great, I like the way they call to let you know of the two hour window. Then they call to let you know the driver is om his was to your house. Caroet looks great and he was very neat and friendly.
Prompt, courteous service and great results on both our carpet and tile.
No harsh chemicals are used to clean carpets and tile. There is no soapy or chemical residue left behind. Carpet looks brand new after it has been cleaned. I had several urine stains on the carpet from our new puppy and Zerorez got them out completely. All Zerorez staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable.
The carpets are the cleanest they have ever been and dry very quickly.

I am extremely pleased with the product and service. I was hesitant about trying a new company thinking that I would have to fight off the up sales. Casey, the technician who did our house went way above and beyond our expectations. She had a lot to do and she did it wonderfully by herself. She has a great attitude and work ethic. I would definitely have her do our house again anytime.

Your staff was extremely respectful of my time. My arrival window was between 1:00-3:00 and at 12:30 a representative called to tell me that although it would still be in the window, it would be closer to 2:30 or 3:00. I found this very helpful and it allowed me to make a quick trip to the grocery. Most companies would have given a 4 hour window and then not called again. Thanks!

Zerorez provides courteous technicians who are clean and respect contents of home(furniture, walls, pets, etc...) Scheduling staff is friendly and helpful. Technician gives a courtesy call before arrival. Punctual arrival. Product has no overwhelming odor and dries quickly. Technician was conscientious and sought my approval for each area cleaned before moving on to the next area to be treated. Technician toweled-dry edges of tile that were dampened which increased safety. Reasonable price for excellent service. Excellent results.
This service tech went a long way to help a fellow tech to get my carpets cleaned on the day I was scheduled.
