The carpet looks better than it has in 3 years

I do like the fact that you do not use soaps and chemicals and the carpet does not get "crunchy" after it dries. However, I feel like the job was rushed and more time should have been spent on high traffic areas. To do two bedrooms, a hall and a living room in less than an hour, I don't think was sufficient time to clean the carpets. When I vacuum, I go over the carpets several times back and forth and side to side and it takes me more than an hour.

Loved the personal contact as to day and time of arrival of my technician. He had proper ID, was courteous, covered his shoes, measured correctly, explained exactly what he would do, did it in appropriate amount of time, and we have clean carpeting!

Well, you cleaned my futon cover but the color changed on the right side of it (not the other side). I'm not sure it can be fixed. I am thinking it should probably have been dry cleaned. Thanks for your concern.
