With Zerorez my Rugs and stairs were cleaned with empowered water and dried within hours and not days. There was no soap used, no water saturation and no odor.
After the rugs were cleaned they dried very fast and the house smelled fresh. My rugs and stairs have remained clean. All other local rug cleaning companies I have hired throughout the years claimed my rugs would be kept clean for months. Not so. Not only did I pay for the rug cleaning, but I had also paid extra fees for special spot treatments and spot prevention. Needless to say, those spots always returned within days and the stairs were never properly cleaned. It took the rugs a day and a half to two days to completely dry from heavy water and soap saturation which permeated an offensive odor throughout the house during the drying time even with the fans running and additional ventilation. Zerorez is genuinely interested in providing the best customer service as evident, not only by their courteous and respectful service representatives, but also for their environmentally safe concerns with their own patented cleaning process.

The cost seemed a bit high - more so than other carpet/upholstery cleaners. I realize you have a different mode of cleaning, but does it cost you that much more? Just wondering. The technician was great.

Your technician, Mike VanderWall, did an immaculate job on my carpet and chair! My carpets havent been cleaned in years and he took a lot of time to make sure they were clean, even showing me the before/after in areas where he had cleaned. Other carpet cleaners have come in the past and been done with my house in an hour, but Mike took the time to clean the high-traffic areas and left 2.5 hours later. He even found a small piece of gum on the floor that I hadn't seen and removed it to the best of his ability. I'd definitely recommend Zerorez to my family and friends!

Believe very much in alkaline water and non-chemical cleaning. Recommend drinking 9.5 Kangen water. If you have anyone interested in trying the water, I am a dealer of Kangen water machines.
