Nick the technician was professional, worked in such a manner as not to make any cleanup necessary in any of the areas he covered in addition to those hallways etc to insure he left no mess or disruption in our home. Thanks Nick for a job well done.
My carpets and furniture come out looking brand new, and my carpets are always soft and fresh after they dry, not hard and crunchy like when other companies have done them.

Carpets came out cleaner than expected, they weren't crunchy afterward and the staff was very friendly.
The technician was very nice and punctual but the grout is still dirty in some spots, especially near the walls. When walking around in my socks for a while on the carpet and tile, they turn somewhat dark. I do not know if this is normal for Zerores, so I don't know if he did a good job or not.
No chemicals, the carpet last longer, cleaned.

When I booked the carpet cleaners, I was not told that the cleaner would not move the furniture. I had all the lamps and things off the tables, assuming the furniture would be moved, as it has been done in the past. I did not know he cleaned around furniture including ottomans and small tables, until he was finished. If I had been told that, I may have made other arrangements. I would not expect beds and heavy furniture to be moved, but chairs, coffee tables and lightweight furniture should have been.
Your staff was super friendly and really worked hard to do a superior job. As a small business owner myself I was impressed from the first phone call to the finished carpet. I will definitely use you again!
You guys rock! You arrived on time and worked very efficiently. You even completed the entire job in less time than quoted, thank you! The carpet and tile look and smell great. I was also nervous about an over the phone estimate but the actual estimate matched the original quote and there were no hidden costs.
