I like the ease of making an appointment, and the quick verification by email. Also, it is nice having a 2 hour window plus a call when the serviceman will arrive!
This is the first time I have used Zerorez, and it was a thorough, chemical free cleaning.

The carpet was so clean and soft afterward. This is in contrast to the hard, crinkly feeling my carpets had after other company's service or when I cleaned them myself with rented hot water extraction machines.

The website indicates that carpets will be much less wet than traditional carpet cleaning. I did not find this to be the case at all. Our carpets were soaking wet in all rooms. In addition there was a horrible stench afterward. The carpets just smelled sort of like "wet dog" instead of smelling like something clean. Seems like the carpet was just made wet, but no dirt removed. The on site quote was over $50 higher than the phone quote for the EXACT same number of rooms and NO rooms were deemed to be over 250 sq ft. Felt like a "bait and switch".
3 times you have called the incorrect phone number to notify me of your arrival after telling you 3 times to change your database.
You staff are friendly but I can tell they are being coached to nickle and dime for every inch of cleaning. You contantly run advertisements for a 3 room special @$129 but I can never get service for under $400. Granted I understand the tiled area and chair charges for $60 each but another $120 for a hallway and stairs. I am not sure I would even use you again much less recommend you.
The technician who came to my house, Zach, was very knowledgable and took the time to explain to me how the process worked. I think he went above and beyond to get most if not all of the pet stains out. I will definitely request Zach, when I need the carpets cleaned again.
Mike the technician was professional & courteous. The carpet looked cleaner & certainly dried a lot quicker than with the previous cleaners.

The Zerorez employee was knowledgeable. We had sofa cleaned (has never been cleaned in six years) and it looks great. They arrived within window of time.

I like that you are reasonably priced compared to others and that you always do a great job.
Last Thursday Charles was our very professional technician. He reviewed our cleaning request, explained how he would operate and began a very thorough, careful and steady process. At one point he stopped to tell us about the products that were being used and showed us a before and after carpet section. He had an excellent work ethic and positive attitude. Charles did all that he could do AND the products used did all that they could do !!! Wow, that certainly is a wonderful combination. We will continue to be customers.

From my initial phone call your people were great. Setting up the time for services, showing up on time, giving me a phone call prior to arriving, reminder call the day before, everything was handled so well. The technician, Nick did a great job. He was very thorough and explained the work he did. He gave me some booties so we could walk the carpets and asked if the work was done to my satisfaction. After he completed the carpets, he made sure to mop up any water on the floors, and cleaned up before he gave me the bill. Professional and courteous demeanor. Oh and the carpets looked great when he was done!
