Beautiful results and a techniican with personality and knowledge of the service and product.

I've heard so many great, wonderful, miracle working comments about zerorez able to get up pet fluids, and I had one specific target area, but sad to say the urine smell still exists in my carpet. The rep was nice and did a great job, but I suppose my expectations for the product was set too high and left me a little disappointed.

I have not seen a finished product. In am disappointed that you won't clean one of my rugs

Dries quickly and stains don't return.

I had my carpets cleaned this week. It was a move out and I felt like it was super easy since the apartment was empty. However, when the apartment staff looked at the apartment they thought I just went over the carpets with a vacuum. They did not believe it was professionally done and stated they had never seen a company do such a poor job. When I showed them my receipt they believed it was professionally done but are still charging me something for the carpets.

I was not at the house during your visit, and am not even in scottsdale, so I am trusting you did a good job, but don't know firsthand, so no feedback from me would be useful.

I heard about your services on the radio which had great reviews. I also looked online and your reviews were above average. When I originally called to make my appointment, I spoke with a very nice gentleman who assured me I was making the right decision. I explained there was a room that we just had a Wine accident in, he assured me this would be no problem and you guys would take care of it. The dark stains are still very noticeable. So asking if I'm satisfied? I am not...not for the reputation you have and the money I spent. Not satisfied at all. Name removed

It was cheap, fast, and couldn't have been easier. Plus, the technician was personable.

carpet feels clean but one stain would not come up. I listen to 104.7 in the mornings they make it sound like you can get up anything but I just got my hopes up. Kind of a lot of money for what any carpet cleaner could have done.

My carpet is clean! The guy was very professional, and kind.

The carpet was left very crunchy feeling. Not sure if there is a way to soften or not. The tech was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get out pattern wear stains. It was much improved. He was very easy to work with. Thanks.

Our technician (Nick) was great, I just wish we had been made aware that cleaning our tile would have caused such severe changes in the color of the tile. Our grout is hideous, tiles are clean but we now have 4 different shades of tile, in addition we now have holes in the grout. No reflection on Zerorez but I will not recommend having tile cleaned to anyone. My tiles look like crap. Nick was a very nice guy.
