The advertisements I heard about Zerorez led me to believe this money I spent would give me nice soft clean carpet after it was done. However, that isn't the case. The carpet is rougher than it was before, even after vacuuming. Steam cleaning removes the light stains but your process didn't even do that. The carpet is still discolored in the entryway's both to the kitchen, & front and back door. I'm very disappointed that I took the chance on this 'Green' way of cleaning. I'll be saving some money to have it steam cleaned. I feel a bit cheated.

The technician was very nice and did a good job cleaning the carpets in the home that my son recently purchased. We were hoping that the urine smell from the previous owner's dogs would be eliminated but they were not. We did pay the extra 40 dollars per room for pet smell elimination but it did not work. They did not guarantee the treatment but we did have high hopes. Carpet still smells............will probably have to replace.
