My carpet was so dingy that I had no expectations that you would be able to get my carpet completely clean. What a wonderful surprise it was when I saw my cleaned carpet and it looked like new. This was all done with no harsh chemicals or fragrances - all natural. I appreciate that aspect the most since I do not use anything chemical in my house. Your service person, Eddie Cstillo was terrific. He was at my house on time and very presentable. He was friendly, but very focused on the job to be done. He walked me through every step and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was very enthusiastic and understanding.
