Tech was up front about stains on the carpet, didnt lie and did an awesome job

We liked that the product used to clean our carpets is water and free from harmful chemicals. Our technician, Tyrone, was very professional. He came early. He explained what he was going to do thoroughly. He let us inspect every area he cleaned to make sure we were satisfied before he moved to the next area. He even placed booties on our feet so we would not soil the carpet before it dried. We plan to use Zerorez again.

I really thought my sectional would turn out better. I still have some areas that dont look clean. And the texture isn't consistent throughout.

Very accommodating in our apartment complex. It wasn't the easiest location to get to on the second floor and the technition did a great job.

It is easy to schedule appointments; you are on time or early; the technicians are courteous and four times out of four the results are excellent! A clean odor-free carpet. This is the first time I've had a protectant applied and am anxious to see how that works out. I highly recommend your services to all my friends.

Price is a bit high

I am very sensitive to odors left by cleaners, and your product dudn't have an odor. The tec. was effecient and helpful.

Prices could be lower and trip charge should be included.

Clearly visable was dirt left in carpet at entry door of bedrooms.
After cleaning with 2 passes by your tech. I took a white towel
and wiped ovet the area and the dirt was on the towel that was not
lifted by your process. The only reason I called you out wast to
remove the dirt out of the carpet and that did not happen.

Friendly fast willing to work with the customer. The products make it easy to decide what to use because there is only one choice. And the product cleans fantastic. For years our stainless steel appliances had build up on them and a cleaning service used the wrong type of cleaner on them. Ever since I have not been able to get the stainless back to its original condition. The zerorez produce cleaned the stainless spotless bad to its original condition in a matter of seconds. I will be using their produce for cleaning my whole house from now on.
