I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Zerorez. Tyrone Winston was our technician and he went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations. We had a very strong cat urine issue in one of our bedrooms and Tyrone was very well educated about what to look for and what would need to be done to eliminate the problem. The smell was not coming from the carpet, it was coming from the wood tack strip underneath which I would have never thought of. By removing the contaminated tack strips, the smell is almost completely diminished. Thank you!

Our serviceman was great, we were just a little disappointed in the heavy traffic areas of the carpet, even with our guy going over them more than once. It seemed it just moved the dirt around. Today we went over it with plain hot water with our Bissell and got up a tremendous amount of dirt.

The cost was too high even with the holiday discount. Plus it took the floor almost 36 hours to dry and that was after I took out towels and rubbed them in the high traffic areas to soak up excess moisture. The technician was very friendly and professional but in the end I wasn't happy that the carpeting took so long to dry. I guess the zerorez doesn't apply to excess moisture. Otherwise, the carpets were clean and soft to the touch.

Quick drying of carpet and tile. Like the use of fans as no other carpet cleaning company has done that. Carpet is fresh and not crunchy. The technician Keith was clean cut, professional and friendly. He explained what he wanted to do and why. He gave me an accurate estimate and calculated some rooms two ways to get me the best deal.
Zerorez did not leave a crunchy residue on our carpet like we have had before! Our carpets look brand new! I was beyond impressed with the customer service provided. I won't ever go elsewhere, even if I could get it done at a less cost. With that said, the cost was great. We actually didn't want to pay super cheap because we are strong believers of "you get what you pay for". Our technician Steve was beyond amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very dedicated to customer satisfaction. We never felt like we were being "sold" something. They offer some great additions, but they were never presented in a pushy way. Definite plus in my book as that can be awkward. He was upfront from the beginning what he could do for us and what stains may not come out. I appreciated that because there is nothing worse than expecting something and being let down. He had me look at things as he went to make sure they were to my satisfaction and there were no questions. He was focused and concerned on our carpet cleaning...not trying to rush and get it done to get to another job. I could go on and on about how impressed I was with his customer service. Hands down, the best company to clean your carpets!

Service was excellent, and Abel was very informative and a hard worker. I am disappointed however that the dog urine smell and the stains are still quite strong in my carpet. I know that urine is almost impossible to get out of the carpet, I was just hopeful you guys could work your usual magic!
