Your tech was clean and professional. He also worked hard to clean the couch in my home and my carpets. Everything came out great!
Well you did..After recommending Zero to my son to have his carpets done at his home your job was horrible and I had no intention of returning to you..But my husband unknown to me made this appt again at our home and the results are great and we are very pleased. Pleased enough for us but still unsure to recommend again but we will see.Great job
It was easy to get an appointment and Zerorez was on time. However, in the master bedroom, the carpet was still damp 24 hours later. We were told it would be dry in 4-6 hours. That was true for the family room - but certainly not for the bedroom. Had to put towels down in order to walk to the bed that night. Time will tell whether the carpet will not show soil for a longer period of time than other carpet cleaners.
Price…is costly! Everything else was great!
Our tile looks new agaain
My wife had a reaction to your cleaning solution. We understand it is soap free yet she started choking and said she had to leave cleaned area. Wondering if this is common ?
Tech did a good job.

From making my appointment to time frame notifications and the timely arrival of my tech, the process was easy, smooth and each person I dealt with was a pleasure to talk to. My service tech Eric Storm was great! We talked through what he was going to do and I asked about different services. He had excellent knowledge of all services we discussed and I ended up doing more than I had originally plan. My area rug looks brand new. I will definitely be using Zeroerz again and am confident they will provide the same service I received this first time.
We loved our service tech troy and love how our carpets turn out.
Carpets feel clean not rough
Fast excellent service
Professional service
Very professional! I will be calling you to come back very soon. I have more work for got guys to do. 😊
My carpets look great and the tech (Trey) did an outstanding job removing stains from my mother's room.
Troy's professionalism and hard work
The phone staff and techs are friendly and proffesional and the carpets feel clean.
James was professional and he left my carpets clean and not crunchy with soapy residue.
Friendly, efficient, effective
Lower your cost, I figured paying double what I have for other "white van" carpet cleaners it would be better, it might be better but not worth double, technically triple if I utilized some of the animal spot treatment. Carpet still smells the same as other times I clean it, not impressed.
A couple spots came back and I was told they wouldn't. That is the reason I spent the extra money and tried you.
Your employees are so friendly and knowledgeable..even when I had concerns about a trouble spot
I reserved based on a radio special which I interpreted as up to 3 rooms of 10 x 15 for $143. By my math that makes 450 square feet. In two of these rooms (bedrooms empty is 11' x 14') were queen size beds, small dressers, and in one a table 40" x 40". In the living room was a couch, table, and along the outside edge of the room is a glass pedestal shelf. These items reduced the size to about 10' x 10'.
Between the bedrooms is a hall about 3' x 8' and he charged $32 for that area. Your technician was courteous enough, but advised me before starting that the "hall was extra" and added an additional charge of $32. He said the charge was based on what you call a "living area"; essentially the hall being another room and thus the extra fee.
There was a strip leading to the galley kitchen that he did of about 10 sq ft, though by [your] strict definition of "living areas" he probably should have charged me again for that. My estimate of the total area cleaned is about 400 sq ft, certainly less than 450 sq ft I thought I was going to get for $143. I said, "at this point just get started".
I will grant the young man was kind to extend his cleaning into the 2 bathrooms (3 x 6) and for that I am grateful, but again my total above of 400 sq ft includes all the work done. I feel the complete job should have been covered in the original estimate, especially since I was not advised of the "definitions" during the reservation process.
Aside from my feelings about the area and extra charge, I am not completely happy with the results. The tech pre-treated an area just inside about 3' wide and extending about 8' in from the front door. That area was dark from tracked in dust & dirt as well as pet staining. That area came out very well and exceeded my expectations. Similar areas pre-treated also came out well. Other stains not treated did not come out as hoped, and the stains remain quite visible. I point this out because my feeling is some attention with the pre-treatment on those areas may have provided better results. He completed cleaning approximately 40 minutes after actually starting. $175; 40 minutes; partial results.
I understand not everything can come out. My point is that with perhaps just another minute or two of attention my satisfaction with the results would be much higher. There is nothing different between the stains that came out and those that remain.
The cost, however, is another matter. The "living area" charge feels like an "up-selling" tactic and quite frankly had I not taken my Saturday to get this done, and were it not for his courtesy and politeness, given the actual area I would have canceled and sent him on his way. My offense is tempered by the baths and the 10' near the kitchen, but as I said that is included in my estimate of 400'.
My bottom line is this. I am not completely satisfied with the results and feel ZeroRes is too expensive at $173 for what I had done.
the water is the best and safest cleaner i have ever used.
Everything
Very efficient and my rugs always look great!(That's with 2 dogs and a cat)
carpet has minimum water reside
Alot better than Stanley Steamer. My technician Kevin was great. So friendly and accommodating.
Carpet looks great. Like the name says, no residue. Personnel are very courteous and helpful.
Very professional, on time and friendly
Clean, friendly service

You quoted us a price and since we were not there you took it upon yourselves to add extras and making me pay 180% of the quoted price. Instead of calling us to get approval for the extra work you took the word of the real estate agent who does not live there or pay the bill. When I called to question the price you told me "Too Bad" I will never recommend or use your services ever again and I will tell everyone what a bunch of lying thieves your company is. You want to "make it right" reimburse us $160.00 but it will be easier to get my dog a drivers license than zerorez admitting they are wrong and reimbursing us what they ripped us off for.
