Scheduling our appointment was easy, our appointment was scheduled for the day we desired and the technician was thorough and quick!
I was disappointed in your timing and customer support from your office. I was pleased your cleaning technician as he was knowledgeable and professional. But I had more expectations from your cleaning method. After the cleaning on my carpet it still has a dirty look in the heavy traffic areas. As of right now, I would have a hard time recommending your company to anyone.
My carpet wasn't clean,but you are going to clean it again so hopefully that will take care of it. Your tech was very nice.

Troy was the gentleman that cleaned my rugs and he did a FABULOUS job. I didn't think my rugs were that soiled but I saw a difference that I decided to ask him to also clean my hallway tiled floor. Again, what a difference! I'm so glad I called Zerorez and listened to Johnjay & Rich (104.7 radio DJ's) I will highly recommend Zerorez. You have wonderful communication as I received phone calls confirming my appointment day and time. Troy showed up exactly during the hours they said he would. I'm so glad I called!! I don't think I'm going to worry so much about my carpet getting dirty...I know Zerorez will clean it! What a great New Year's gift to give myself...less stress about my rugs getting dirty. No residue left in rugs
The gentleman that did the cleaning didn't clean behind the close door that swings into the master bedroom. All he needed to do was close the door when he cleaned the closet and he could have seen that that area was the worst of all. Other than that it was well done.

I just think the method used to clean carpets is excellent. You do not use soap and a lot of water which would take much longer for the carpet to dry. Carpet always looks great after being cleaned. Hope I'm making sense. And your employee is very efficient - does an excellent job.

I love that there are no chemicals, just "empowered" water. The results were fantastic. This was my first time using your services and I will absolutely use them again. Troy did a great job, was right on time, finished just when he estimated he would and was very professional. I could not be more pleased with the results.
The carpets are not "crispy" afterwards and do not need to be swept before putting the furniture back. They are dry and can be walked on in a short amount of time. They smell clean and fresh. No chemical smell.
thought appointment was going to be before noon and found out day of appointment that it was from 4-6 pm
there are red stains in carpet and no offer to treat them after they were pointed out. you can contact Red Mountain Villas at Phone number removed and offer to treat/die stains in unit 1446 with no additional charge. also bottle of cleaning solution purchased with $45 credit did not have a seal on it and appears to be water only. tried product in spray bottle and seemed to have no affect whatsoever.
Friendly and competent service, environmentally friendly, the carpets and sofa looked great, no residue, no odor following service (from our pet stains)
I wish it was a bit cheaper though so I could use your service more often!
