Good tech and good follow up.
It's only been a couple of days. but my carpett looks great so far.
I am very pleased with how clean the old carpet came. I am extremely please with how the 3 year old carpet is now spot free.
Always a good employee shows up; the quality of the service is good - low soap/water usage.
The gentleman showed me many pictures of fantastic results of their carpet cleaning abilities. However, when they finished I still had a dark traffic pattern even after several attempts to clean it. The carpet was VERY wet and took 12 hours to dry. My sister brought over a carpet cleaner product which cleaned the area better than Zerorez did. Otherwise the carpet looked clean and smelled nice.

No soapy resadue
THE DIRT IS ALREADY COMING BACK UP SOONER THAN WHEN I CLEAN MY CARPETS MYSELF.
Where do I start --- Keith was amazing from the moment he walked into my house until the job was completed. I have had Zerorez do my carpets before but every time the level of professionalism amazes me.
Keith told me about the cleaner that Zerorez offered -- the empowered water...what a difference my stainless looks awesome, my countertops feel great...WONDERFUL

Where our couch sat you could still see residuals on the carpet, and our carpet is only 2-3 years old so I not sure why those that area did not come clean all other high traffic areas did?

Everything was great except my name is not spelled correctly in this email. I am an attention to detail kind of person and at this point after using your company more than once, I would like to have my name spelled correctly.
Both times I have used Zerorez, the men that have come to my house to clean my carpets have been very nice, professional and clean in appearance. Also, there is not a lot of pressure to sell me anything else while they are there which I appreciate.
carpet cleaning
Granted carpets were in bad shape however I have seen worse and Coit managed to get them clean when a relative bought a foreclosed home. Mine are not and they are not "soft" as advertised. They are "crunchy" when you walk on them.
Everything is so clean with no chemicals. I particularly like how your product cleans the stainless steel. Also your servicemen are are thorough and polite. Andrew remembered cleaning my home before I moved in eighteen months ago.
Calling when you were going to be late.
We used your carpet cleaning service. Your technician came early (we were notified) and finished as I drove up. I inspected the carpet and it looked great, a shade or 2 lighter and all spots/stains gone! The next day was the best as I walked on my clean carpet, it felt so soft and so new. Another best was that my home did not smell like I had 10 wet dogs in the house after the tech was finished!!

Your service person is very helpful. My carpets are cleaner after you clean than they ever have been fron any order service I have used. I am very pleased with your company . A bit pricey , but well worth it

What I liked the most was that you do not use any chemicals but just high PH water only to clean the carpets. We just moved into a home that was only 2 years old but the carpets looked as if they were 10yrs old. There are other projects we wanted to complete before adding new carpet, so we decided to just have the carpets cleaned. I heard a radio commercial for Zerorez and did my normal Google research. I did not find a negative comment about Zerorez and although they may be a little more expensive then others it is well worth the few extra dollars. The carpets look amazing and all the stains were removed. Mike our technician was awesome, very curtious and professional. They were also running a little late the day of our appointment and for that minor inconvenience they cleaned an extra room for free. I would recommend them to anyone.
