Excellent service

everything and my carpets look awesome

I took the afternoon off to be home during my 2 hour window. I did not recieve a call until after that 2 hours had passed. The call told me the techincian was late and would be there shortly. 45 minutes later he showed up. He was not rude, but did not offer any type of apology or explanation for the delay. Being that I specifically chose your company based on the reputation of timeliness, I was disappointed.

1. The price we were quoted was not the price we were charged when the job was finished. 2. The carpet did not look that much better as the stains were still visible. 3. The entire job of one "over sized room" a staircase and two landings only took 45 minutes! It takes me at least an hour to simply vacuum that much space! It only took zerorez 45 minutes to clean the carpet 45 minutes?!
To make things right we would expect either the original quoted price and a return of our money or a second time cleaning the room and the staircase. landing and halls.
We were not given an actual number indicating the size of a "regular" sized room as opposed to an over sized room so we could not have known the p[rice would increase. I've heard the zerorez commercial so often and thought I's give them a try but now I feel $250.00 plus is asking too much for the area cleaned especially since the stains were still there and they didn't even move our furniture. We had to move everything on our own. I know plenty of people who were charged that much or maybe a little more but the company they hired moved all the furniture and cleaned, then came back no questions asked and re-cleaned the high traffic walk ways. We just expected more from the hype on the radio.

Professional at all levels. Scheduling was efficient and on time. Your technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and went right to work. We'll see how the protectant works on the traffic areas, but right now I am very satisfied with the whole package.

Great service. Used your company to clean our office carpet and a rental property tile clean/seal. Looked great both places!

nothing really. The initial clean just looks ordinary - I was expecting a wow after all the commercials. I think the real wow will likely come later, when future dirt and stains don't set immediately after the cleaning.

You get the carpet really clean. There is no nasty chemical smell and it dries really quickly.

Your service is too expensive, and coming that late in the day, we couldn't put our house back together, so had to go to dinner out. The carpet was too wet this time. You charged us $60 for a quite small bedroom, then wanted to charge extra for a "protectant", $25 per room, which we didn't get.

Your associate told me that it would be 25 dollars per stain to extract them I had 2 stains about the size of a tea saucer 50 dollars for 2 stains are u kidding me.

Carpets are 7 years old and look like new after cleaning. Also the tech, cannot remember his name, was exceptional in working and in personality.

Our house looks amazing! Our tech was very hardworking,, knowledgeable and detailed. We had carpet, an area rug, tile and furniture cleaned to perfection. We will definitely be using zeroes again in the future. The only complaint is that we didn't receive our courtesy call two days prior but I still rated a ten because our tech was so good.

Carpets are cleaner. Staff was cordial.

I still see the darker "tracks" from foot traffic so it doesn't seem clean in that regard.
The technician took too much interest in what he saw in our office and asked too many questions about our business. It felt invasive.

I did not care for when your cleaner told me there was a spot of urine on the bedroom carpet, that he couldn't show me but he smelled, and that if I didn't buy the upgrade smell encapsulator, he thought he should pack up and go. It was really awkward and put me on the spot. Maybe that's your gig...the hard sell. But I won't be using your service again and I already shared with my friends what had happened. I hired him to do a job and he shouldn't be threatening to leave if I don't buy extra products. He guaranteed me that I would have a smell problem if I didn't upgrade. Well, I didn't and guess what...no smell. I didn't even think there was urine there in the first place.

Troy was very professional, thorough, and customer service oriented. The product met our expectations as promised.
