clean environment friendly I believe
An easier question to answer is what I don't like, which is NOTHING! I had not heard of Zerorez until a friend gave me a gift certificate to get my carpet cleaned. To be honest, my carpet was past being worth getting cleaned so I had my grout cleaned instead. I can't remember the name of the employee that came to my house but I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and the job he did on my tile & grout, it looked brand new even though it had not been cleaned in over eleven years.
My father had a family member stay with him that unfortunately brought bed bugs into his townhome. My Dad is 81 years old and to say he was stressed is a major understatement. Brian Hamilton and his partner steam cleaned my Dad's carpet. It was on a Saturday night & they had run late but they more than made up for it in the job they did at my Dad's house. My brother had spilled a plate of spaghetti on my Dad's carpet two or more years ago....unfortunately my Dad had already gone to bed & didn't discover the disaster until the next morning. We were having the carpet steam cleaned as part of the process of getting rid of the bed bugs, after that my Dad planned to have the carpet taken out & tile put in. I am telling you, it was unbelievable what his carpet looked like when Brian & his partner were done cleaning....it looked SOOOO incredibly much better that my Dad has not mentioned getting rid of his carpet!!! I cannot put into words how impressed I was. Not just with the awesome work Brian & partner did but in how they treated my Dad, with such kindness & patience that is not often seen in this day & age. Even though it was late on a Saturday night when most 'kids' their age are thinking more about what they would rather be doing....Brian & partner gave 100% to cleaning my Dad's carpet. That meant so much to me as I was so worried about my Dad....the stress of the entire situation had taken it's toll on his health (he'd been in & out of the hospital twice within three weeks of the night his carpet was cleaned).
I have since done nothing but brag your company to my friends, in fact some accuse me of getting paid to brag about your company as much as I do.
My friend Fran Anata's mother passed away & this Saturday (28th) is her memorial service. Fran has family coming out & she needed her tile, grout & carpet cleaned which had not been done in over twelve years. After hearing me go on about Zerorez she called and had it cleaned by your company yesterday. James was the employee that came to do her carpet. That poor kid had problems with the company van but constantly called to update Fran as to what was going on & trying to give a time he would be at her house. Ultimately he got to Fran's house a couple hours late but again, James was so awesome at his job and did such a great job that once again, I was impressed but it was neat to see another customer as impressed as I was. I also thought it nice that as part of the apology Zerorez cleaned an extra area for Fran with no charge to make up for James being late (through no fault of his own).
I don't know how you guys get tile, grout & carpet looking brand new clean with just natural citrus & water or how you find such GREAT employees but I am thankful my friend gave me the gift certificate because you're company is the ONLY one I will use and/or recommend to my friends.
I would be absolutely ok if you used my name but would ask you not use my name when talking about my Dad's issue, only because he's very embarrassed about the whole disaster even though it wasn't his fault in any way....and I would have to ask Fran before her name be used but if you can use it without names, absolutely....
it was expensive, however it got out stains that i didnt expect it to and there was no chemical smell after.
My carpets look wonderful....Your technician was courteous and professional and was very careful around my home. I like the smaller appointment window and your follow up
In spite of the rain, and some very dirty spots, Preston did an excellent job. I know we don't have many rainy days in AZ, but, hopefully, I won't schedule another rainy day as it took 2 days for my carpeting to dry out in spite of fans. Not the fault of your work, more the fault of my dirty carpeting.
Dinged our paint up the stairs and weren't going to be forthcoming about the damage.
The price. I don't like the "nickel and dime" routine.
I was not disappointed with the service.. The old dirt came up and was taken care of by your Very helpful young men, Thank you for following up.

The service guy Codie was awesome and he tought me a lot about my carpet. He was very friendly and he did a great job! My carpet is 10 years old and it now looks brand new! Thank you!

Clean No SOap no chemicals
We like the fact that the cleaning is done without soap and chemicals. Service was excellent.

Some of the phone staff was very, very rude. But, Susan and Troy helped make up for that!

It was estimated that it would take 2-3 hours. The technician was there about 1 1/2 hours. The place where the kitchen and carpet meets up is still somewhat dirty. Also some of the wear spots seems to still show. Right after the cleaning it looked really good, but then next day you could see some of the walk areas. I think he could have worked a little longer on the really dirty spots.

The associate was very knowledgeable about the product. The job was done very well.
My complaint is with the tile/grout cleaning. My window was from 4-6 and when we arrived home just before 4, we learned the technician had already been here for an hour waiting. We were not ready for him but he was eager to begin right away. He did not get the grout cleaned at all! When I pointed this out to him the excuses began that it must be something with our grout, he assumed we most likely "color sealed" it and that is why it looked exactly like it did when he got there....except for the 7 holes he made in the grout. And I need to mention the two rounded corners of my wall that are now scraped down to the metal! We showed him the seal used, which was NOT color seal. He did not offer to clean it again and said it would look different when it dried. No managers were around on Saturday and you are closed on Sunday, so I called at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. I was told Shelly would be in that day and they would give her the message. By 5:30 p.m. I had heard from no one. I called again and waited 12 minutes on the phone until Susan became available. Her main concern was letting me know just how crazy that Monday had been. She told me there was a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and we rescheduled for another service on Wednesday. I stressed that I am a teacher so I can only do the 4-6 window unless it is a weekend. Tuesday, Shelly called with more excuses about how busy Monday was. I really feel like no one cared that I paid $290 for a huge inconvenience to my family with zero result. I explained to her my concerns and dissatisfaction and she said she would call me a week after the 2nd service to check in. When I told her I would be contacting her immediately if there was no improvement, it was silence on the other end. At 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday I was contacted at work that the technician would like to come then. I told them no and they showed up promptly at 4:00p.m. I showed them the previous damage and the highly soiled areas. They did a lot more prep work and even some scrubbing by hand and the cleanliness result was much better....about 98%. But now the previous holes are bigger and there are many more new ones. But more excuses----we must have "soft grout". My floor is 3 years old and I am amazed that it took 2 attempts for it to get clean and that so much damage was done. The Zerorez phone staff is very nice on the phone booking appts. but no one knows how to properly handle a dissatisfied customer. I feel that with all the repairs we will have to do, some of my money should be refunded to me. But I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that does not stand behind its product and service.
Very friendly staff. Did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Love that it does not have the sticky hard feel that soap residue leaves.
The Tech kept me posted including pics before and after. Great service especially considering I was 1500 miles away.

I liked that the products are pet friendly. I liked that the technicians were clean cut, well spoken and more importantly product knowledgeable.
