The sanitizer solution you use leaves the house with a very pleasant smell. The technician that worked at my home fully explained the process prior to beginning and also spoke with me after the job was done. He was a pleasant young man, well spoken, and seemed dedicated to completing the job efficiently and in a timely manner.
The system works and your people are very professional.
THe service actually lives up to the advertised commitment---very rare these days but greatly appreciated. THe work is excellent- clean as stated it owuld be---well everything was wonderful. I really like that there aren't dangerous chemicals used in cleaning the carpets. The employee that performed the cleaning was also very nice and professional.

Zerorez would have gotten a 10 but-
1. You did not send out the person I had requested.
2. The area where the Zerorez service vehicle was parked was a little dirty when the job was done.

We love that the carpet is soft after it dries
My area rugs in kitchen have some areas that are visibly not clean. I expected better
Fast drying carpet and chair. Cleaning product made my carpet look new and fluffy. Casey was very efficient and nice. She did a great job! When I added her to clean my rugs from my car, she was happy to do them, even tho I forgot to order that service on the phone when scheduling. We liked her,
