So easy to schedule and appointment and I really like that the company got me in right away, the very next day! I appreciated the call prior to arrival. The employee was friendly and polite. Did I mention my carpets smell, look, and feel amazing!

Wow, very happy with the outcome and the products you use. Will definately recommend to other Sun City Grand neighbors, friends and family. The technician was very professional, detail oriented and knowledgable on your products and services. I appreciated him taking time to do a outstanding job and showing me occasionally of what the rooms were looking like and if I was satisfied or if there was something else he could do. I did not plan on doing furniture, but when he suggested the service, I was so glad I did. I also purchased the water for my own cleaning purposes and looking forward to using it. I am sure I will be calling in the future to order more. The bottle he gave me to try was used on numerous things around my house and it cleaned with ease and with no residue. We had our capers cleaned a couple years ago by a regular carpet cleaning company. The zerorez carpet cleaning looked much better than the last cleaning company. I was skeptical at first but when done was very happy😎

I like how you give a window and say I will receive a call to narrow that down and you did what you said you would do. I also like that the service guy wouldn't leave until I was satisfied

There is a piece of carpet that is unraveling after the cleaning. The carpet in my sons room looks like it has buckled after the clean there is a bump in it that I can't get out

Your prices are through the roof. I paid more for my throw rugs than I did for my bedrooms. The throw rugs were 1/4 the size of the bedrooms put together. To charge me for a whole room when the bed, dresser and end tables took up the whole room was robbery. There was only an aisle around the bed to clean. This happened for both bedrooms. Michael was as accommadating as he could be under the circumstances. My daughter had her whole downstairs cleaned and was charged less than I paid. A much larger area in her house. That is why I went with you because I thought you were honest. My son-in-law gasped when I told him how much you charged. NEVER AGAIN.
James was very friendly, professional, and polite. I was comfortable having him in my home. He was very thorough and even though he kept saying it wasn't like new, it looked like new to us! Thank you James for a job well done!
The carpet I had cleaned looks just as dirty now as it did before. The man who cleaned the carpet said it was worn and couldn't get any cleaner. This may be true in some high traffic spots, but not all of it.
I don't like the way you schedule and the $14 "environmental" fee is annoying to hear. Whatever "it" is, it should be part of the overhead and not a separate cost. And I think your prices are a little high.
