Was on time and carpets look clean.
Friendly staff. Very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. Technician was extremely helpful when there was an issue at theh rental due to the painters leaving a mess.

The scheduling staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing a two hour window with a 20 minute call ahead makes life easier, technicians were very professional and friendly. Carpets and couch look fantastic!

They were allergy, kid and pet friendly. The house smelled clean and not filled with chemicals like some carpet cleaning companies. The service person was very professional and friendly. Asked many times for me to look over the area/rooms for approval and always asked if I saw something I wanted him to go back over to let him know. I appreciate the protection solution they put on the couch and carpet that was cleaned to help with any future spills or accidents.

I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of those with whom I spoke concerning my appointment; all prior calls were received as promised. The technician, James Chase, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fully answered my questions about why Zerorez is different than other carpet cleaners, and in addition, allowed me to test the non-toxic Zerorez multi-surface cleaning solution on my counter tops, windows, etc. It worked really well, and I bought a 5 gallon jug. :) I learned that Zerorez also cleans and seals granite, as well. James was kind enough to give me a preliminary estimate, so I plan to call to have that job done as well. Oh, and my one area carpet and two bedroom carpets look great after the cleaning! Thanks, James!

The cleaning
No soap or residue! Jello stain from several years ago was completely removed! Cleaning head well shaped to reach into corners and smaller spaces than large traditional machines. Trey was very pleasant and very helpful in helping me move various pieces of furniture. I really appreciate that. He also cleaned 5 counter chairs on request. I will definitely do business with your company again. Very Pleased. Thank You!
