Very timely, efficiently followed through on everything
We were able to schedule an appointment and have our carpets cleaned on the very same day. James showed up during the time frame indicated and explained the process and did a very good job even going out of his way to clean an ottoman at no additional charge. We were very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Tech was on time and professional.

I vacuumed one room within 24 hrs of the carpets being cleaned and was amazed at how much was missed. Our technitian, though very friendly, kept assuring us that the stains might not lift completely but it would definitely be clean. That's not the the case. I have pictures to show of how much was picked up with my regular vacuum not even 24 hrs later.
Zerorez could remedy this problem by sending another technitian out to clean the floors again for no additional charge, or give me a refund for the poor work that was passed off as quality cleaning.

Loved that there is no hazardous chemicals
In the past I have given you a 10. The only reason I give a 5 is because we are making allownceS for the last two times when the job was amazing. But this time was a totally different experience. First It took 2 extra days to dry. And it looks as if it was never done. There is even a bRownish streak in one room that was not there before the cleaning. We are guessing that perhaps it was never sucked up aS well as it was before. Or maybe the solution was not ready, or it was some old already used solution. But, we really don,t understand why it turned out as if it was never done at all.
We have not done this survey before because we have both had a bad flu. We are finally feeling up to handling this.
The workman was pleasant. We did not watch him much as we already had confidence with how the process usually goes. We had complete faith it would be as good as in the past. We are very disappointed. What happened?

The guy was very nice and professional, but according to the video they were to wear blue covers over the shoes and that didn't happen and I got shoe prints on my tile when he left, and the carpet was really wet they said it was ok to walk but it really wasn't just to make a quick walk through

The carpet was very dirty in this house we bought and we expected to see a fairly clean carpet upon completion, however the traffic paths are still easily visible. I did a spot cleaning with Shout and a warm rag and got that area much lighter with little effort. If I need to do whole carpet that way not sure why I called your company

The products are clean and don't leave any residue, and after talking with Andrew, used some of the very special water to clean my stainless steel appliances, and they're still clean five days later. The service was excellent and punctual. We are very pleased with the results and are happy with the cleanliness of the carpet and the Persian rug Andrew was able to clean as well.
