The young man that came I believe His name was Andrew was very polite,efficient, I'm really impressed with the job that he did. My tile has never looked so good. Carpet cleaned up well.

He was here on time and was very friendly and helpful, The carpets look great. We were very pleased.
I have a shaggy area run that our dog urinated on and I asked CJ what his thoughts were about getting the smell out. He didn't think it would come out. So, I was ok with that. I didn't want to pay the money if it didn't come out. So CJ just cleaned the coach and that looks good. Then some other guy came in a zerorez pick up truck and talked me into getting the area rug cleaned. After a $100 the area run still has the smell after it dried. Now I have an area rug I paid $260 for and another $100 spent for NOTHING!!! I would have rather stuck with not cleaning it and not being talked into getting it cleaned. Honesty is the best policy. Also, John Jay and Rich talk about how you guys can get everything out so I thought I would try you guys... But I now know that is not possible. I thank CJ for being honest. Not the 2nd guy who talked me into cleaning the rug I already decided not to have cleaned.
Maybe a offer a referral discount or a discount if you have used your service more than once...
Chemical Free and Love the Technicians!
The tech that arrived was detailed and professional. He looked at carpet and gave me my options. He cleaned it in a timely fashion. He went over all charges with me before and after the cleaning, so I knew exactly what I was getting.
The serviceman kept adding costs to the $129 cleaning fee until it was over $300. I told him
I couldn't afford that and he began knocking the price down-----a scam. He talked on phone most of the time he was here. Carpet is clean but not as clean as other methods have gotten it. The serviceman was like a "flim flam" man and I felt uneasy having him in my home.

Thought that having the office girl with our tech was awesome! Always felt that working from every position is the best way to learn and understand how everything works.

While the carpets were not 100% cleaned (i don't expect miracles with 16 year old carpet), I was very impressed with the services provided. There was no soapy or chemical smell or that odd residue that can sometimes make the carpet stiff. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Our carpeting looks amazing! We did not want chemicals used in the cleaning process. We wanted to SEE the results and have answers to any questions we may have. We hit the jackpot!
