Provide more accurate pricing estimates on phone requests.
My first estimate received over the phone was $183. The technician, when he arrived at my house, quoted me a price of over $300 for the same job. Almost 100% increase. I did to like that.

Very clean products. My husband and daughter have bad allergies and this product is the safest for them. They can even sit on the floor and watch a movie now without itching.
Recently, Zerorez did three houses for me (tile and carpet)-- the last two in parparation for sale. Painting had been done and everything was ready except tile and carpet cleaning and final staging. On Saturday we did a final inspection to assure the houses were ready to list. At that point, it became clear that a piece of carpet cleaning equipment had come in contact with the baseboard -- and left a permanent dark mark completly around the room (about mid-base board). It was difficult to see and passed as a shadow until the final check (to release the house to the realtor). Note that two other rooms (all with light baseboards) also had marks -- but not completely around the room. At that point, we repainted the base boards to deal with the marks. After repainting, we got the houses listed. Note that I've used Zerorez three times in the last couple of months and candidly I am not pleased with the results.
On time, great technician, did a wonderful job, dried quickly so good am having my own home done today!!I hope Brian Hamilton does the work today, as he was great!

Service Tech was professional and courteous. Keep me in the loop every time he finished a room. Asked for my input and explained the product so a simple person like me could understand how it works. Greatly please with the whole experience and would highly recommend ZEROREZ on service and product.
I was very happy with the honesty of the man who came to clean the carpets. I was so impressed with his hard work and efforts to scrub and clean and go over again and again to clean the carpet. I was thrilled with the end result! The carpets look great!!
Carpets were far cleaner than ever before - no smell, no crunchy feeling, and they even made the stairs look new. Thought our berber carpet was done, but you guys saved the day.

The carpet didnt come completely clean because it was in such bad shape which we knew prior to the start of the job and the worker was honest and upfront about it however the stains came out better than I thought and feel clean and sanitized. Keith Keilholtz was who did our carpets and he was friendly and good at his job.

It had been 2 years since I had the carpet professionally cleaned. Keith did an outstanding job! The stains were gone. The carpet looked great.

You are more expensive than companies I have used in the past. It would be more fair to measure the actual square footage of the room than count the room itself. I have a small walk-in closet and it was counted as a room. That doesn't seem right. You should measure around the furniture to figure actual square footage. I would recommend you because I like the fact that you don't use detergent. But I will tell my friends that you are pricey!
I think Andrew is the best !!! He cleaned our house 6 months ago and reminded me what he did 6 months ago. He was here 4 hours . Great employee of yours, hope you are aware of this. Was responsible and nice.

The tech said, before she even tried at all, that traffic areas would not come out. I had my carpets cleaned by a different company about a year ago and they were able to effectively clean those traffic areas nicely. Seems she had made her mind up and didn't really attempt to try. She didn't have any initiative or enthusiam to try to make it the best effort. I regret using your company and will go back to the prior company ... from your ads I thought you would do great, but instead ... just so-so.

Friendly customer service and spotless carpet
For my first time using Zerorez, i was impressed with their customer service on all levels. The person, Paul, whom i made the appointment with was very helpful and got me in last minute the day before the super bowl. The technician, shawn, was friendly, answered all our questions and even let us add on an additional room while still staying under our budget. We will be using them again.
