No chemicals

We had hoped our bathroom floors could look as good as new with a semigloss finish. The travertine tile has nooks and crannies and the grout is discolored and could not be finished to look as good as new.
Technician (Troy) was very professional and explained the process in detail. Carpets looked great after service.

I thought the pricing was a bit high. The rep was very friendly and informative, but pricing was more than quoted on phone by over $150. Our tile floors came out good, but in some parts still looked relatively the same. Not sure if that was just overly damaged over the years or what. Anyways, it was solid, but I wasn't wowed.
No residue or smells and drys quickly
Prices are high and not moving furniture is a drawback.

We were anticipating the same old shampooing method and results and were pleasantly surprised with the results. Even stubborn stains were removed from our 15 yr old carpet.

The carpets were perfect unfortunately the chair still remainded dirty and still smelled...therefore we had to throw it away..we hoped the cleaning would help
