The technician was very professional, courtious and very informative. He made sure to wear booties on his feet and sorked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I like the fact that you can get the carpets so clean without using any soap! The smell of the pre-treatment was wonderful, I was very impressed with how well my carpets cleaned up. The carpets also dried really quick, didn't have to wait an entire day before we could walk on them again.

I spoke with a respresentative on the phone and told them of my situtation with my kitchen tile floor and was assured that Zerorez would be able to handle the situtation. Once the technican can out to the house he spoke to the supervisor and was told not to try and clean the tile because of it being sealed. This was after I took the day off of work and spent the whole day moving furniture by myself so that I would be prepared. If I would have know that Zerorez was able to do it I would have went somewhere else and it would be completed. Instead I went throug all of that and still did not get my tile floor clean and will need to go through the whole process again with someone else.
I was disappointed with the final product. I expected to see many more dirt spots removed and a cleaner carpet. There are a couple of areas I notice the difference, but on a whole it looks like it was just vacuumed,
