Sanitizing features without using hard chemicals

I love the personal connection on the phone when you're waiting on hold. The phone call before they arrive so you can be sure to be ready and home. The respectable and professional service person that comes out. The friendliness of the carpet cleaners. I love that my carpets are clean, spots are gone, and they dried quickly and there isn't any soapy, chemical smell or residue left.

No "crunchy" feel to the carpet after cleaning because no soaps. Friendly staff.

Jeff the technician was very friendly and honest about all the products and promotions. He wanted to do what was best for my home not just the most expensive treatments. The cleaning itself turned out better than expected making the carpets like new even with several pet messes. It was quick drying and didn't leave a smell to my home. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Environmentally green Cleans better then any other rug cleaner. Takes half the time to dry. Since no soap is used no crunch sound when you walk on it after it drys the stains disappear I bought the large container of this water to clean stains in between appointments. I have recommended to many friends and coworkers who are very satisfied. As you can tell by now I just love love love this process of cleaning.

I love the granite clean and seal! Liquids bead up on the granite again! The carpets dried fully within two days ad they feel clean and new again, no soapy crusty feel. My travertine floors and shower were cleaned and sealed. Looks clean and water beads up on it! My experience with the employees was great. My tech called in back up so she could finish my job in a timely manner. I love the cleaning products, empowered water and granite seal protectant that I purchased with my cleaning. This is my second time using Zerorez.

Really cleaned the floors!

Normally you use protective pads under the legs of furniture that sits on the carpet. This was not done.
The technician arrived and did not seem to have any knowledge of the conversation I had had with the scheduler...His quote was considerably higher than what I have paid you in the past. We finally compromised in the end and I am happy with the result...but I will definitely get more than one bid in the future.

Quick, clean, carpets are mostly dry when done, people are great. This is my third time using your services.
