Other cleaners I have used were cheaper and did a better job cleaning. Spots that were unable to come out with zerorez, I was able to get out with a handheld cleaner the next day.
Very pricey - $255. We had 3 8X10 rugs and 1 5X7 and 1 small oval rug and 2 chairs.
Andrew was wonderful. He let me know all my options, told me about some great products and did a good and thorough job on my carpets.

Technician was at job for only about 45 minutes to an hour.
We inspected the cleaning performed and we raised concerns about the areas that still looked visibly dirty. He claimed that they were high traffic areas and that it was the best he could do. He didn't attempt to clean the areas we identified and said we could call and see if someone else could come out to try and do a better job. We told him for the amount of money that was charged that it should have been a better job performed. We stated that we were not satisfied.
Pricing. Customer service is great, the prices are pretty steep.

it cost me more than what they said when they got here and my house as smelt musty every since. I have had to spend 100 on carpet deodorizers to try and cover up the smell and can not figure out why is smells like moldy carpets since. You would think that spending 309.00 you would be a fresh scent and your guests would not have to buy room deodorizers in order to be able to stay with me while they were here on vacation. Very disapointing when I heard so many good things about this carpeting cleaning on the radio... I have spent half this amount and had a much better outcome... I can say that the tech that came out was a nice guy!

The last two times that you've cleaned our carpets, there was a striking difference in how clean they were. We were a bit disappointed this time. I'm not quite sure why it didn't come as clean or why some of the stains didn't come out but we do understand that it's 14-year-old carpet that needs to be replaced, so perhaps it is just time. The tile that we had you clean previously did look amazing. We would love to have more done but we were out of the country during September when there was the special this year. Perhaps next September. And perhaps we will have new carpet before then.
Expensive...my other company does not charge piece meal.....it's one set price....stain spraying, etc
