We just bought new home and had carpets cleaned and wish they would of offered deodorizer...they must of had a dog and it smell terrible.

No chemical residue or smell of chemicals. The service was amazing and the quality of work was exceptional.

I was disappointed in that It was so wet when the tech was finished.
I personnally dont think all the solution was rinsed out especially when I vacummed this morning

I like that there are not chemicals left behind, no smell to bother allergies or kids with Asthma.

I had my tile and grout cleaning, my house square foot cost me 260 dollars for that and we had a spare bedroom cleaned (carpet) and pet treated at the 25$ a spot cost, which was supposed to be the deepest and best way to remove the pet odor and stains.
I;m honestly not happy with the money I spent and the service I received.
The tile I could have cleaned a lot better myself with simple green and a tooth brush and simple green.
We originally called ZEROREZ because we have a roommate with an animal and his carpet needed treated and we were told there was a minimum that we had to have done and companies wont come out for 1 room so we decided what the heck I guess if we need something done we will get our tile and grout done. (Moved into our house 4 years ago and haven't cleaned the grout since and it was brand new tile). After the service was done our tile really didn't look much different. I took before pictures because I was so excited to have it done and I compared pictures and there just really isn't a difference.

As far as the bedroom, yes it smells MUCH better but there is absolutely still a stench just not as strong.

The man who preformed the service was absolutely amazing, just not really happy with results.

Your product works, the carpets look new. The couch looks great too.

Maybe if the tech was trained better? Would say the girl I talked to was very helpful and pleasant. I would surely give you another try. Sally and Name removed

Although my original appointment got messed up, Zerorez did a great job of correcting the mistake and getting my carpet and tile cleaned the same day as originally scheduled. The technician (Jeff) was very professional and a very likeable person - I hope to have Jeff back to do my carpets the next time they need to be cleaned.

Carpet looked great, worker was courteous.

I had my carpet done about 6 months ago and that tech did a excellant job. the tech that just did the lower level of my house im just not impressed the way it turned out i would like a call to discuss it.

Well dark spots are showing that were never there before and it was the next day. It really is disappointing.
