Clarke worked very hard, however the carpets did not look cleaner. I own a bissel home carpet cleaner for cleaning spots. In the master bedroom I used it to clean a 1foot by 1 foot section and it was very clean and showed how dirty our carpet was. It's what led me to contact you to clean our carpets. My expectation was, surely your equipment would do as good or better than the bissel. That was not the case. You can visibly see the dirt in the carpet after Clarke completed his work. Yet the 1 foot by 1 foot section was cleaner. I am disappointed that I spent 180 dollars to have you clean our carpets and the carpet does not look much different. Our bissel with Simple Green does better than your equipment. Something is not right. I called in right after Clarke left and informed the office staff. They said somebody would come and clean it again so I scheduled another cleaning. I hope there was just something wrong with the equipment and the second cleaning is better.

I have stained carpet in the living room and there was not a suggestion made to treat it. Where the carpet dried it was soft in the less worn area and a crusty feel on the stained part

I just wish that my bill had been closer to the advertised rate of 139.00 for three rooms. I don't like being pressured to do the add ins. Maybe your coupon says this but I didn't see it . Raise the price a bit and include spot treating and protectant.
Great customer service- and my carpets feel wonderful under my feet.
I'm always amazed at the outcome and how wonderful everything looks and how clean it smells. This time we did our sectional sofa. And I had my doubts, but it exceeded my expectations and I'm glad I made that decision.

Try to be more timely with appointments - People have very limited time , especially working people. Having to wait around can be frustrating - The employees were great and did an amazing job -They even got out 2 stains that I would have never dreamed would come out.!
Love that the cleaning is chemical free.
Our carpet was a mess! I was expecting it to come somewhat clean but when I got home, it was so clean,beyond my expectations. It's still clean after 2 weeks. None of the stains have come back.
What I like: The service techs are always professional and courteous (Brandon was the best yet, and they've all been good so that is saying something). I have allergies and asthma and chemical sensitivities so I appreciate that there is no harsh chemical smell after the cleaning is done. Also, the carpets looked great when the job was done.
What I don't like is that when we called to book the appt we requested an afternoon appointment and were given a window of 4-6 pm. We had requested that since it was going to be Halloween, if there was an earlier time slot in the AFTERNOON that would be better, but we could deal with 4-6 pm if that was all that was available. We were told we would get a confirmation call 2 days before the appt confirming our appointment and letting us know if an earlier afternoon window was available.
I got a confirmation call/msg but the window was not mentioned in the message (irritation #1), so I had to take time from work the next day to call and verify it myself (irritation #2). At that point, I was told the window had been scheduled for 8-10 in the MORNING (irritation #3, and this one was a doozy!).
As you know, it takes a lot of prep work (vacuuming and furniture moving, etc) to get ready for a cleaning, so it was VERY inconvenient to think we had a whole day to do that and then find out very late the day before that in fact we did not have the whole day because they were coming 1st thing in the morning.
This was a HUGE inconvenience and we had to re-arrange all our plans for the night before and the day of the cleaning to accommodate this unexpected shift (irritation #4). When I called to confirm the appt. the person on the phone did apologize but told me you were booked solid that day and they could not move us to the afternoon. This was very irritating since I'd been told the appt was set for 4-6 pm and even though that in itself was not ideal, we definitely would have chosen that over the 8-10 am slot we ended up with.
If this is normal for you guys then the communication during booking needs to be different - it should be clearly communicated that the time window the client is requesting is merely a noted request rather than a set time, and that the actual time window could be entirely different. Instead, I was left with the impression that 4-6 was the only time available and that they would try to get there closer to 4 if possible.
Also, a confirmation call that doesn't specify the time frame is just about useless; had I received a message with all of the pertinent information, I might have been able to re-arrange things in a less stressful manner (or reschedule the appt. completely).
Also, I was told when i called to confirm the appt that the tech would call when he/she was 15-20 minutes away from arriving, but we did not receive that call (irritation #5). The tech said (and I believe him) that there are issues with the system you guys have so even though he did call in (to your shop or whatever) to indicate he was 15 minutes out, that information was not relayed to us by you guys as promised, so we were not even fully dressed when he arrived.
So all of these irritations and inconveniences are what knocked you down from what might have been a 10 star review to 6. In terms of making it right, you can improve your office communications so that the next time we call we don't have any of these issues. Not sure how to put a monetary value on the level of inconvenience and upset, but a deduction on the fees we paid for the cleaning would go some way towards ameliorating it. Either that or a credit towards future service.
I do want to reiterate that Brandon, the tech who showed up to do the work, was completely awesome and handled our disgruntlement very professionally, and did a terrific job overall.
