I love the end result! My carpets look fabulous. The on-site staff was also terrific.

I've had your company out before and loved the job they did. This time the carpets still had a few marks on them. The tile did not get as clean as it had last time, mostly talking about the grout. He didn't seem to take much time on the tile and left it completely soaked. I had to towel dry the whole floor myself, especially since I have dogs and did not wanto slip.

That you don't use chemicals and the service man was very nice and polite

The tile cleaning was fsbulous. However, the biological agent used to deodorize the carpet did not work. We subsequently had to purchase another product to resolve the issue.

Have already! Robert Holt did a great job. My wife's very expensive Persian rug and the carpets in our bedroom have never looked better.

My carpet was very dirty after having six great-grandchildren (and their parents) here for Thanksgiving. The carpet looks great. Just hope I can keep it looking good for a while.

I hate to say we were disappointed, because the customer service was above and beyond what we expected! Jake, our service tech was AWESOME! Very nice, very professional. I realize that some of the stains we had were old, and already set in. However I did expect the carpet to come a little cleaner than it did. One spot in particular seems worse now than before. We paid $281, which is more than we've ever paid for carpet cleaning, so we just expected the carpet to look a little better. I know that Jake did the very best that he could and we in no way hold him accountable for anything.

We liked the fact that you don't use soap in the cleaning process. Carpets & flooring dried fast & look great.
