Great job. Carpets are clean and your representative was very nice.

I specifically told the receptionist that we had significant pet stains in one area of the livingroom and that I was willing to pay the price for 3 rooms to concentrate solely on an area that was about 5-12 feet in that room. When I came over after work, the technician had done 3 rooms and the stained area looks almost as bad as it did initially. He told my husband that it would cost $600 to get the pet stains out. I am so disappointed.

I've already talk to a person from your company and inform her of our disappointment of the service I received. The worst thing is the carpet didn't really get clean and his reply was it was dirty. I just wanted him out of my house with that type of attitude. He had all the carpet done with in 30 minutes which is impossible to do a good and thorough job in that time. Very disappointed in your service.

My carpet is patchy now. It looked better when dirty. I know my carpet is older so it's not going to look new or anything but the tech was not thorough. Did not follow carpet up to baseboards. Forgot to do the small rug in front of the door. On each stair, focused on the center and I had to ask him to come back and get the vertical part of the carpet but he only did the top part. I am getting ready to call another company to come in and just use soap. After hearing the ads on the radio, I was so excited.

It cleaned our traffic areas better than any other cleaning service ever has. Our technician was very helpful and even recleaned one area when we asked him to. He wanted to make sure we were totally satisfied.
