I called and specifically asked for Steve Klages, as we have had him come out before! He is very professional, when asked a question he knows the answer, is very thorough and makes sure he finishes the job correctly and that we are very happy before he leaves. He recommends different zerorez products that we use and works great. I think that zerorez is by far the best cleaners out there. I highly recommend this place, every time I've called this location, the men and women are very nice and helpful! The last time I called however I specifically asked for Steve to come and do the carpets, she did tell me that all the employees are equal and have the same work ethic, and that she will try and book him to do or house! That may be true, but for future reference when I ask for someone specifically to do the job, that is who needs to do the job! Thanks Zerorez for the great work!
I would recommend Zerorez to all my friends. I would not let any other company clean my carpet. The service also was wonderful!!!
The tech was wonderful and professional and the carpets do look good. The only thing I do not like about zerorez are all the little fees that add up over time. Such as if a room is over a certain size, even though it is full of furniture and the tech is only cleaning the walk ways, and the environmental fee to cover the trip. Most companies measure their expenses and adjust the price of service. When you run an add for a certain amount and then tack on fees for what ever reason, The special is not so special.
There is a thin long line across the carpet almost 20 feet long that was not there before the cleaning. I have no idea how it got there. It is almost a perfect straight line. Very strange. We wondered if it was from a dirty hose being drug out of the room. I have no idea. The carpets look cleaner but not as WOW clean as I was hoping. There a few spots that showed up again right after it was cleaned. I am not fully satisfied and would like to get the free cleaning. * Zerorez offers a thirty-day Gotta Love It Guarantee™! There were some issues up front with the price not being what I expected. I was never told they were "adding" anything for the kitchen. In fact there was never anything discussed over the phone other than the 4 rooms for $129 special that I heard advertised on KNIX radio.

yu do the job well, but you need to work on the tech being there after you have be called and given a 15 to 20 minutes and then not showing up for 45 min, he went to the wrong address, no call to let us know he would be later, i had to call and find out what happened.

The service man was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. I didn't feel pressured by him either on what service I should get.

There seems to be to much hype over zerorez. I was expecting much better results than what I received. The technician actually had to go over an area again because I was not satisfied with the results. He was more then willing to do so but he shouldn't have had to do it in the first place. Although I did think that the costumer service was amazing.
Very professional and quality work
I was very happy with the serviceman,Anthony, and the results. I am in a rental house and the carpet looks much better than the way I rented this property from day one! I will definately use again.

Disappointed with there only being one tech. He struggled a bit by himself. Knocking things over, being able to pull hose with baby gate. There were a few spots that did not lift. My couches really seem that clean. A few spots and not a clean scent left on them
