He wasn't able to remove the stain which was the reason I called you out. If the stains not gone can't recommend you to anyone. But the service tech was super nice and professional.

Great product, wonderful service
The team arrived on time and were extremely professional. Our carpet was in horrible shape as it had not been cleaned in about 10 years. It looks nothing short of amazing. They also did the tile in our bathroom and the white grout looks new again. These guys get what customer service is all about.

The tech was very cautious to make sure that my property was not damaged. Using protective covers for corners as he moved the long hose from room to room. He took his time and that really pleased me. I knew he was doing a good job.
Small area of carpet against wall had "green" color surfaced that was never there -- our carpets are beige. Don't know if too much solution/water caused this.
Husband noticed it when he came home. He blotted, brushed and used carpet cleaner and finally it looks normal again.

I like the product but this time they ran late no call I was on hold a while then they sent someone over one hour past the end time. It has neve happened before but the technician was polite and good. Not his fault
