I had heard so many commercials about Zerorez and I really expected it to be so much better than my current carpet cleaning service.
Everything up to an including the service call was fine. No major issues booking the appt or with the technician, although I was a bit surprised to find our carpets still relatively wet when I came home from work, given that they had been done earlier in the day while my husband was at home. (I thought they were supposed to dry faster than other companies). I do have to say that the carpets were soft after cleaning and did not have that "crunchy" feel.
My only problem is that after only a few weeks, I'm already seeing "traffic lanes" in the master bedroom! I thought that your "innovative, non-toxic water based cleaning agent" left zero residue and "zero residue meant cleaner longer". Mind you, this is our Master Bedroom, not a hallway and the traffic lane leads to the bathroom.
After all is said and done, I'm disappointed that I paid twice as much as I normally do. I think I may have to stick with our tried and true carpet cleaning company.
The carpets don't look that clean. One of the rooms you cleaned smelled like wet dog for two days. I had to put fans in there and use fabreze to get the smell out. The carpet still looks dirty
