I enjoyed the entire experience from the initial phone call to the end of cleaning.
Charlie was our cleaner and was very polite and did a great job. It was cleaned very fast and looked better now than when I first moved in. I did notice that when the carpet was wet some of the stains that were gone reappeared as the carpet dried. A little sad about that but I'm sure would be a lot worse from another company. Over all pretty happy and will use them again in the future

The tech was thorough, friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job, making sure the carpet was as clean as he could get it. When he knew there was a problem spot, he explained the what and why of the problem (its not dirty, its just too worn). I like your scheduling process, tho someone failed to give me the 15 min "heads up" call (but it wasn't a problem). I even enjoyed listening to the the humorous talk while I was waitng on the phone!
