The lack of chemicals and the professional way the tech guys go about helping us with our home issues. Results are great, and given all the chemicals usually used w/o the great results, it seems only the best way to clean floors/furniture. Great for people with allergies - me!!
First attempt was a fail, second attempt was good, but stains in an entry way are reappearing and those were caused by the first technician spraying cleaning solution and not thoroughly cleaning that area.
The cleaning professional who came to our house was great, very professional and did a great job.

I think Able did a good job; however, the time spent upselling additional services, etc was kinda frustrating. And I actually did upgrade my service to include the carpet protector and felt that the application was not consistent throughout the house based on visually watching the technician apply it.
The price was more than double than the other quoted companies. (220 dollars for three rooms and stairs)

We keep our carpets clean and keep shoes off of them but unfortunately my son was sick and threw up in the living room. We cleaned it up the best we could but there wad still a smell. I was going to rent a rug Dr but we decided to spend the extra money after zerorez was recommended to us. The technician seemed to only skim clean the carpet. I called and left a message because there is still a smell in our carpet. No one has returned my call. Very disappointed.

The technician who came to my house was very nice and respectful. I think his name was Trey Rogers. He did a good job. I really like zerorez because it does not use harmful chemicals to clean carpets.

Overselling. I bought carpet cleaning for someone as a Christmas gift. The main person on the job was insulting their home trying to upsell. The cleaning was great but the gentleman selling was rude and I was embarrassed that I picked your company and that the recipient of my gift was put in that position.
They are natural and do not contain harmful chemicals
