Clean carpets, no residue or strong smell.
The entire process was smooth and painless, from booking the reservation online, to confirming my needs. On the day of, I felt that Hayden was very professional and courteous. I never felt uncomfortable having him in the house. He confirmed the quote, we talked about my options and he was very easy going about this part of the process; I never felt any pressure to buy services that I didn't need or want. When the job was finished, my carpets looked great! I am thrilled that it turned out so well and there were no harsh chemicals or smells left lingering. Thank you!

Cleans well with good service personnel
Kevin was professional and did a good job. After the carpets were cleaned and had dried, they were very stiff until vacuumed. Then were ok. Didn't really notice a huge difference with Zerorez versus other companies I've used.

The stains that were in the carpet before the tech came to clean the carpets are gone and don't seem to be coming back. There was a urine stain from our dog and that seems to have cleaned up nicely as well.
