I was told on the phone that the treatment would get rid of the pee smell. When the tech got there he told my husband that the treatment would bring out the smell.

I was told on the phone that there is a min charge of like 130 to come out but because we were only having 1 room done we would have a credit to be applied to something else. When the tech came out my husband was told that that was wrong and the 1 room was the 130 and the treatment for pee smell would be on top of the base price

I was told that I would probably need a secondition treatment for the pee smell but that would be done at the same time but not to worry because I was going to have the credit because the 1 room was 30 and then we would essentially have a credit because of the difference between the min price abd the actual cost. Again my husband was told all that info was wrong. The tech said that they don't do a ecind treatments on the same day.

The carpets still have yellow pee stains. My cousin has a carpet cleaning biz and I chose you guys because I thought that you guys would be the best based on the info I got over the phone. He has never had a problem getting stains out or the smell out.

I will never use you guys again. And will never recommend you guys

Techs are inconsistantly trained on the type of floors we have and they seem to be in a rush, which is understandable considering there getting paid on the number of jobs they can do in a day.
