The 2 hour window and that you called 20 minutes out
I wish you guys several times in the past and I feel like I get the best results when the technician drying my carpet I believe the carpet was too at this time and most of the stains by the back door of come back already

THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, THOROUGH. STAINS I THOUGHT WERE GOING TO LEAVE AT LEAST A SHADOW LITERALLY DISAPPEARED! THE CARPETS NOW LOOK LIKE NEW IN ALL FOUR ROOMS, ONE IN WHICH THE CARPET WAS A LIGHT BEIGE COLOR. ALSO, WE HAVE TWO CATS WHO HAVE LEFT THEIR MARKS OVER THE 10 YEARS WE HAVE HAD THEM, AND THOSE STAINS WERE GONE AS WELL!
WE WILL BE RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY TO OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.
