Friendly service and great cleanup!
I LOVE ZEROREZ I have been using them years now even one there is so nice they do a great job I will continue to tell my friends and family call zerorez they do a great job and fair prices. May ever one have a great and thanks for everything

Very clean and great customer service
Your technicians were very friendly and courteous and I enjoyed working with them. They were great from that stand point. However, there were a few spots that I pointed out on the walk thru after the carpet was cleaned that were missed. The technician treated or sprayed these areas on our walk thru after the carpets were cleaned with peroxide spray or thats what he called it but I think the spots got overlooked during the initial carpet cleaning because of where they were located : one under a desk, one in a corner of the room, one behind the door, and one in the master bedroom near the closet. Also, the downstairs dining room reeked of dog urine the rest of the week :( and I had guests coming the next day. I was so embarrassed trying to cover the odor with candals and air freshener. I guess I had more of a carpet challenge than was able to be taken care of. But for over $600+ I guess I was hoping for to much. I will attach the pictures of the missed spots to your original email.

No residue. The technician is always very curious and knowledgeable. Process takes short time and the process works!
The guy that came to do the carpets told me he cleaned all the rooms yet when I went to the house afterwards one of the bedroom doors was still closed and that room was untouched.
Service was extremely good
Your service man was on time and very polite. Very satisfied with his service. Only problem was the smell of the chemicals. I do have asthma. Luckily I was able to open all doors and windows, plus use fans.
Very satisfied with the cleaning job & products. Very professional & the young man who cleaned my carpet did an excellent job. Also, he was good in explaining everything to me. I definitely will call again when I need my carpet cleaned!
