Place foil under the legs of furniture after the carpet they sit upon is cleaned. Check for any excess water that may have accumulated on surfaces (such as a tiled floor) near the cleaned carpeted areas and dry those surfaces.
No heavy chemicals
The workmanship, clean and friendly tech's, no odor.

My carpets always look brand new when the work is done!
The technicians were great and very thorough. The process leading up to the carpets being cleaned had to speak with 5 different people most of time repeat the information over that I had previously given the person before them. The cleaning van left a big oil stain in the driveway. Carpet came out clean.

Amazing job! Unlike any other carpet/upholstery cleaning service I have ever used! They seriously worked magic on our carpets! Pet stains and kids do a number and now they look amazing!

I like that there is no chemical smell during or after the cleaning.
I was disappointed that I had to go back over the my couch cushions to remove harder dog drool portions that appeared to be gone while wet. When running my hand over it after the zerorez cleaners left, you could tell it was still there. Also, less upselling

Zeroes has wonderful service. I had them do my carpets and when it dried a couple stains came back up. I mentioned this in my first review and received a call telling me about their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They came back out and cleaned the few stains free of charge and they were gone this time! I've been very happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future!!

Professional and curious
I think the upselling is a little much I don't think that the service guys should be asking you again if you're going to do your tile let me give you a quote so you can think about it if you want to do it today or if you're going to do Scotchgard when customer service representative have already asked you that and also I think that you do need to let people know that you do use a citrus base water spray to do the carpet because I'm allergic to some types of citrus oils and while they were cleaning the carpet I started coughing and broke out in hives and had to go wait outside while they were finishing cleaning and it would have been nice to know that beforehand so that maybe I would have been there I would have left when they we're cleaning the carpets
The carpet still has a smell and there were stains still visible. I was really disappointed. I read such great reviews and my friend told me how used this company before and recommended you all.At this time I wouldn't recommend this company.
