The spot treatment that was use me was used inappropriately and left bright spots all over my still dark dirty looking carpet. A small Diet Coke spill was not taken care of. A pet stain was made darker. I feel like a paid over $200 for a glorified vacuum job. And the carpet feels crusty this time. I thought that was the point of ZEROREZ no residue left behind? This is not the same quality job we had last time at all. Highly disappointed. Last time I paid for 3 rooms and 2 ppl did the work. And an excellent job. This time I paid for 5 rooms and spent a lot of time disassembling furniture and moving furniture. (OUR ENTIRE WEEKEND TO BE EXACT) and I feel like nothing is better.

On time, explained the process and left no sign of being here - and a job well done.

I don't feel lik the worker communicated well at all. I expressed I have was disapointed in 3 of the 4 rooms, but he gave a pre-scripted response and stood there with a blank stare. I won't ever use this service again nor would I recommend it.

Guy was very nice and professional. But the work to the grout was average at best. Honestly didn't look much better than before. The pet smell we had really bad was reason to have all the tile cleaned and grout done. That smell remained. I expected the tile to look clean and new and smell great. It was no different. I had to leave only 1/2 hr in tI the job. I am a general contractor and this house is for sale. My customer had me hire out cleaning. I hired you guys (for first time). I am disappointed, for all I know. The guy left right after I did and took the money. The realtor and the owner commented to me. For $700 it looks the same!

friendly service, my house smelled like a new carpet!

I did not opt for pre-spot, most of my carpet issues was wear and a few minor spots. I have seen the same small spots come back and it has only been 1 week. For the price, pre-spotting carpet should have been included.
