The floors turned out nice. I had 2 complaints: you no call, no showed during the arrival period. I called to see what happened and was told 3 employees didn't show so you wouldn't be by til later in the day. A call to inform me of this would have helped. 2nd complaint: the guy who quoted me over the phone misquoted the job. When the crew arrived, they informed me it would be an additional $40 to do the living room. I told the guy who quoted it over the phone I wanted the entire house done, so not sure how he missed the living room. Just didn't like that surprise once the cleaners showed up. Otherwise, your cleaners were professional and did a great job.
Fine service; but I didn't get an copy of invoice in email yet.
My carpet is very clean no more pet hair and no more tracks. I also had kitty litter that was down in the nap which is now gone. I was pleased with the service from both of the technicians who were here. I will be calling again in six months.

I've always gotten prompt service and the techs have been thorough done a good job and been very nice. The carpet looks great thanks to the empowered water without all the chemicals which can leave a bad odor.

Train all techs the same methods. had to take 2 hours out of my time for a redo.
Out of the 3 techs that came here in 2 seperate visits all 3 had to use my bathroom.
One when they first arrived and the other when they were ready to leave.
