Your service is fantastic. I have very old carpet and your gentlemen always make it look so fresh and clean. Kevin was a very nice young gentleman and did a wonderful job. I never hesitate to recommend you folks and I will be using you again and again.
Problem one, your team ran out of your "magic water" while cleaning. They would not go back to the truck to get more and used our tap water instead. Problem two, they left black puddles in the lobby.

No residue. Reagan worked hard and well all day to get carpet, upholstery, and grout clean. Good results on all except for some real dirty areas on grout
