Fast, friendly and great results
The crew communicated their arrival time to me and they were spot on. I had a trainee and his trainer there cleaning my carpet. The trainer ensured that my areas of concern were addressed and the result is fantastic looking carpet!

Carpet stays clean longer and you do not use chemicals and soap
Zerorez does what it claims. My carpets are very clean, they are not crunchy or rough feeling when they dry and I feel comfortable laying down on the carpets after they are cleaned. The technicians are always courteous and prompt. They are able to work quickly thorough the areas to be cleaned and do a great job a pre-treat areas too. I will always have them back when it is time to have the carpets cleaned.

I would like to confirm that the service was satisfactory. I had tough pet stains also previously treated by a professional and was advised that they may never come out. I wrote my review based on that fact that the professional said the red applesauce stain was going to be still visible. However after the carpet dried I don't see any stain in that area. A service guarantee would not be necessary as I was realistic in regards to the pet stains from an older dog on grey carpet. I think the area is the best it can be considering the factors. Thank you for the great customer service to follow up on my thoughts of the service but I can't say that I was un-satisfied.
this is First name removed first time using you and have not had a chance to be in First name removed office and on First name removed carpet to see First name removed results... so I am waiting and seeing...

Not using chemicals. Product cleaned my wool rug, what a difference it looks brand new and had originally been a floor model in the store where I purchased it.
