I had another vendor on the premises cleaning the tile. The Zerorez representative said he could do the work (tile cleaning) in 90 minutes. I hired Zerorez to clean a mattress. I loathe the up-sell that companies do to get more money. Why did I hire Zerorez for the mattress cleaning? Because Zerorez came up as the first company on the Google search for "mattress cleaning." The Zerorez rep said that he researched the mattress (VI Spring), which is handmade and made from natural materials. He started making excuses that because of the high end nature of the mattress, the sanitation would probably not be effective. It is as if to say, "the higher the quality of your stuff, the more disappointed you will be in our work." ...And I was! All I wanted was for a natural, biodegradable substance to be removed from a cotton and wool mattress. I should have called my dry cleaner. He NEVER disappoints.
The person I had cleaning my tile is a specialist in tile cleaning. He did not disappoint. He charged a lot of money, but I got the value from his services. I cannot say the same for Zerorez.

Technician was very friendly and explained the entire process. Our tile and grout were left clean.
Very thorough, friendly, no smell, fast drying time, etc.
Our tech was very nice and took care at the traffic areas to give them a little extra TLC. He also explained how some of the areas have a manufacturer defect which makes the pile appear to split or matt in different directions.
The tech was early, considerate and very thorough. The Zerorez process of cleaning carpets is second to none. Carpets looked new afterwards.

All the hype about "clean green" sounded like the way to go - but the area rugs looked the same as they did before the Zerorez cleaning. Not much else to say other than we were very disappointed in the results and will not use this service again.

Everything, I've used Zerorez in the past, when I lived in Las Vegas and have nothing but good things to say about the work that is done...excellent!
I really like the fact that the cleaning process uses no toxic chemicals or detergents so there was no "weird" smell after the cleaning and there's no worry about how the environment is being affected; the tech was very professional and explained the process completely as he cleaned and explained other services available other than just carpet/floor cleaning. The carpet looks great and doesn't feel crunchy as it did before after cleaning with a private company.

The service was fast and reasonable and the carpets came out very nice and clean. Plus the couches looked really nice.
The carpet did not get as clean as I would have liked it to be cleaned. The tech explained that in high traffic areas the carpet fiber is broken down and that those areas can't be cleaned to match the rest of the carpet. The carpet is approximately 5 years old and 80 percent of the time shoes are not worn on the carpet. The carpet is also vacuumed once every two weeks if not once a week. The tech did go over the high traffic areas again after I requested it but still was happy with the results.

It was quick. My house didn't smell like chemicals. My gout lines are cleaner than new.
Your employees make your products better. My tech had a day full of mechanical issues and had to leave to get a new truck but came back to my home and gave the same 100 percent. He easily could of rushed it to get to his other jobs but he took his time and did it right. Keep up the good work Zerorez
