This process takes time to evaluate. Original cleanliness was great - have to wait to see if this sustains. Too early to see if the job with Scotch guard works

The technician said he'd been waiting since 1 from his last appointment, I told him I couldn't take the earlier time because I was at work, he assured me it was fine. He was doing a 40 foot trailer included was the sofa which I was to come and move in 20 minutes for him. When I went out he had moved it and was finished with the trailer. He said the stain under the sofa didn't want to come out, so today I took my little green machine and some stain remover and did it myself. The carpet was still very dirty the water was brown in my machine. I listen to Knix and thought it would be worth paying your company for a professional cleaning. I was very disappointed in the rush job and poor results. I will just do it myself from now on.

Workers are always considerate and clean. They are really nice. They do a great job. The gentleman who took care of my carpets was waiting for quite a while for me to get there. He was told that I was called. I was not. I was waiting to get a call, and since I didn't, I went there in the hopes that I wouldn't have to wait too long. He was there. I showed him on my phone that I was not called. Thankfully, he didn't write me off as a no-show.
Though one carpet did not come out perfect, I know a lot of it was my fault because I hadn't had it cleaned over the years like I should have. It looks SO much better though, and the other rooms were great!! Thank you!

The fact that you don't use harsh chemicals
No soap residue - the carpets came out clean and feel fresh. Service technician was very nice and helpful.
The results were better than I expected. Your employee was courteous and explained each step of the process. He went back over a couple of troublesome spots as I requested. The results show his attention to detail.

I called and got an estimate on the cost. I end up paying 250.00 for services. I understand some prices, but while the guy was here and telling me what he wanted to do to get a few pet stains out of my carpet, it seemed a bit confusing to me. I have some medical issues and sometimes don't understand completely what is being said. I thought I had money to use for other treatments, but I must have misunderstood. The carpet came out looking good, but I didn't realize what he was going to do to the carpet. Once he was done, I had no choice but to pay because services were rendered.
Orderless and no use of chemicals. Very efficient.
