I was very impressed with the service I received from your tech. He did a very good job and he was very pleasant and professional.
I called to have 2 sofas and my tile floor cleaned. I believe I explained what my needs were and items to the phone representative. When the driver arrived he stated that he could not clean my sofas. I believe more clarity from the CS rep would have saved my frustration.
Everything was great and looks absolutly wonderful and clean. But carpet was wet, thought it would be dryer ?? But pricy and hope the service lasts as was told.
But... check was lost by cleaner ??
Great service and professional staff.
Charge a definite price. Quote was $129 for 3 rooms. Actual charge was $308. The difference seems to the customer like they have been a victim of bait and switch. I have used Zerorez before and knew what to expect. That being said, my carpets look fabulous so I will use Zerorez again. I would hesitate to recommend your company to a friend without a warning that they would pay more than the quoted price.

Your technician was on time and he did a great job! Our carpet is very clean and the nap looks like new! I couldn't have asked for anything better! We will definitely have you folks do the job next time.

No harsh chemicals
I dont think it was you but rather my carpet. Its about 3 years old and never cleaned before. After waiting the rest of the day for the carpet to dry and putting all of the furniture back in place "I" cannot tell that we even had the carpet cleaned. I guess I was expecting something more noticeable but it looks just like before we had you clean the carpet. 300$ spent for nothing really in my eyes. The stain is gone for 25$ so far and thats the best part. Im not mad but dont think I will ever have my carpet cleaned but will just buy new ever 5 years. You did a nice job and were very professional though and I give you a 10 for that.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I even enjoyed the recording that plays when waiting for a customer service rep. I don't ever remember laughing while choosing which number to press.
The technician was very professional. The service was fast and it turned out very nice.
When I had my carpet cleaned it looked great. When it came to cleaning my sofa, the stain was still there and the back was not cleaned at all. I also thought it was pretty expensive.

The cleaning job was excellent but did it really need to take seven different calls in order to get the guy over here? The scheduling system is not effective from a customer standpoint. I cannot block off an entire day for cleaning. Once the cleaning time has established, I do not deserve to have two different people all me to manipulate me into switching the time.
