The service I received July 16th 2016 was rushed, incomplete and very unsatisfactory. I used your service last year and the results were beyond satisfactory. I was expecting the same results and I was very disappointed

A little Disappointed that alot of the stains didnt come out,from listing to JohnJay&Rich raido they make it sound like all the stain come out!!! I am sure it is a endorsement thing. And also that it took a good day and 1/2 for our carpet to dry. Our technician was very pleasant.

Paul the technician who came out did a fantastic job. He was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and making an extra effort on the high traffic areas. We will be sure call Zerorez again to clean our carpets again.
