No smell, dries quick

There were three things that were disappointing. There was a mechanical issue and it took 3 hours instead of the 40 mins to 1 1/2 that I was told. I work night shift and had been up from my shift and needed to sleep. (That is the reason I had asked how long in the first place.) There are two lines in our front lawn where the hoses burnt our lawn and there was a frame and glass that were broken and I was never told about it until I brought it up. The carpets do look good, but you guys certainly didn't live up to all the hype that John jay and Rich give you credit for. Not sure at the moment that I would recommend you to anyone. That being said, I realize she had no control over the mechanical issue, but along with everything else it was frustrating.

We were very pleased with everything. Our cleaner, I believe his name is Luis, was so very polite, patient and informative about the whole process. It seems like he did an extra special job getting the stains out. We have many different rug cleaning companies over the years, and truly feel this time was the best. I would like to say, however, that I was told that you would vacuum thoroughly before cleaning, and that did not happen. I really liked the idea of the booties, as in the past we have walked around in wet socks. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone I know here in AZ.

It removed all the previous commercial cleaning solution that really did attract dirt! Even the traffic areas are clean! And it dried in about 3 hours!

I liked that the technician asked me to check his work and let him know if I had areas of concern. He was on time and did a great job, the carpets look wonderful!

The technician--Albert--was very conscientious and was not satisfied until a tough spot was treated adequately. Like the fact that carpet felt almost dry soon after he finished the carpets. I purchased some Zerorez Liquid Cleaner and was impressed with it when I used it to clean a stool cushion and there was no water ring. Impressive!!!

The carpets were still wet after 8 hours. Maybe mare sure the customers knows in advance that we won't be able to walk in the house for more than 8 hours would have help.
