On time, friendly and professional.
Service was great
That carpets feel nice and clean, no stiffness to them. Your representative was informative, thorough, and friendly.
Try to go over stained areas a bit more. Zerorez pulled up the stains to the surface and made them appear darker than they previously were so I used Resolve to go over the spots again. Resolve did a better job of taking the spots out than Zerorez did.

The two men that did our carpeting were outstanding . They were so personable and customer oriented.. My satisfaction was their goal.
I had a high traffic area in my master bedroom. I think the tech could have recommended (he went over the products that Zerorez has however, he did not suggest a pretreat for this area) a pre-treat to this area knowing that he would not be able to get it cleaned. After he cleaned that area, I commented on it and he said that the carpet is wet and the pre-treat would not work. I would have to get it cleaned with a pre-treat at a later date.
When the tech arrived, he did not introduce himself to me at the door, which I thought was odd. He was busy looking at his phone for whatever reason. This is a reflection on the training he did or did not receive from Zerorez.
My son spilled milk on the carpet the next day in the game room and when I used Folex to clean it up, my rag showed how dirty the carpet still was even after Zerorez cleaned it the day prior. Not impressed!
Overall, he was very polite. He worked hard at trying to sell me other products that Zerorez offers and to be quite honest, I just wanted my carpets cleaned. So I feel that he spent to much time trying to sell me something.

Techs are super friendly and professional. Our carpet dries in hours and is really clean even after 12 years! We love zerorez!

I like everything about your products. However, wish you would consider option of helping to move furniture, etc. for additional fee for those of us whom are unable to and have no one that can come in and help. I know I would be willing to pay extra for that service as long as it was a reasonable amount.
Our technician Eric was extremely friendly, courteous and very informative with his recommendations. I would give him higher than a 10 rating if the computer would allow. I was also very impressed with the cleaning solution and purchased a bottle of it. I would recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you :)
