I am very allergic to fragrances so I like the fact that the service is a Green Cleaner and doesn't use toxic chemicals. The gentleman who did the cleaning was very nice and helpful.
Also, I have new counters and white cabinets to keep clean, so was happy to try - and buy- the multiple use cleanser which kills bacteria.

Throughness and professionalism of staff both on site and in office.
So far I like the job that was done. The service man, Robert, was very thorough and cleaned the carpets to almost new. I am watching for spots that may rise up. IF they do I will definitely call ZeroRez again to help eliminate them with another treatment.

My only issue ,if you will, is that the advertising campaign on KNIX led on to believe that Zerorez carpets dried in two hours compared to those other guys that takes a lot longer, up to 12 hours I believe they said. My closet was still a little damp after 24 hours.

Great job! Carpets (old carpets) look great, dry in a few hours. Tile floors and grout are very clean.
Honestly, I don't see much of an improvement in the texture of the carpeting. We didn't have any visible stains, just wear and tear over the years. Zerorez is more expensive than other companies and I didn't see any difference.
